Malaysia has now facing a lot of crime issues recently. This has made the crime issues to being discussed a lot in parliament. The authorities are now in great despair as the crime rates continue to get worst each day. The government has come up with a solution known as the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) that is introduce to help in transforming Malaysia into a better country (PEMANDU, 2010). This programme focused on areas that needed the most intention by government known as the National Key Result Areas (NKRAs). There were seven groups of NKRAs and reducing crimes is one of the priorities. This has shows that the crime is one of the major problems in Malaysia. Besides, the crimes itself can bring a lot of effects to Malaysian individual and society, economy, and relationship with other countries.
Nowadays, crime is a part of life in individual and society in Malaysia. It lingers around us from the start and it getting worst day after days. What crime could do to us? Let me explain. When crime has taken over a place, it would create chaos situation. This chaos make people feels afraid and become panic with this chaotic situation. Situation such as gun shooting and robbery somehow are getting viral and has become a popular event amongst Malaysian. They also can set up a few small hut for the neighbourhood watch to rest. The neighbourhood should also be well-trained with basic combat skills and have healthy fitness of body. With all this aspect, may aid to reduce the crime rate in the residential area. As for the government, they can make a campaign to reduce the crime rate. The citizen can be taught to put on fast act by calling police whenever crimes happen around them. They can shout “Help ,help” or make a noise that may attract attention of other people. By take action on this uprising crime, we may provide a peaceful place of the youth to grow healthily.

Honestly, since we live in a country where there is poverty, people living in the streets, or with people barely getting by, there will always be crime. Whether the crime is robbing food, money, or even hurting the people you love, your family. Family support and good family structure is needed to help an adolescent cope with changes in their behavior.
