Google Inc., created as a search engine by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1998. Google a fast growing company concentrating on internet-related service and products. (Google, n.d.) Googles innovation has empowered free thinking coming up creative ideas such as google glass. Google’s innovation has put them in the rankings with high contenders in the high tech arena. Google is still not at the top with Apple but they are not far behind in innovation as they continue to push through in innovation. Google innovation begins within the organization, personnel working hard to develop their concepts spending about 20% on their own project interest. Google Glass has started it sales in the U.S. but it is still in the beta test phase. Google glass will have a substantial impact on today’s society. Google Glass will change the real-world from Medicine, journalism, retail and real state to name a few. Medicine has taken a nose dive into this new technology of Google Glass. As stated by Roberson (2013) “In October, UCSF’s Pierre Theodore, a cardiothoracic surgeon, became the first doctor to use Glass during surgery. The surgeon pre-loaded images of the patient before surgery and used them as reference while he operated.” Google Glass has made it impact on society revolutionizing the medical industry make it easier to broadcast images. Although, Google Glass has made is possible for doctors to use during their operations there are still some concerns regarding privacy. It will take some time to develop programs that will keep from security breaches but doctors have not connected to the cloud to avoid images of patients to be uploaded. Google Glass is a fundamentally and growing process. Google Glass even though it the beginning states will need improvement of course, it is never perfect at the beginning and it will continue to have improvement added in the process. The natural process of technology it is always changing and setting itself from other technological changes. Like the medical industry Google Glass has set a place for journalism using the Google Glass to take photos, do interviews and directional information to help find the location of the story. Google was founded by two University of Stanford graduate students Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Their main objective of founding the company was to be able to retrieve specific data from massive amounts of information. The two developed a proprietary technology that would become the ultimate search engine. Initially the pair worked out of their dorm room, then a garage, and once they had quickly outgrown these "facilities" they had moved on to a much larger facility where they reside to this day. It seemed to be a matter of time before they had conquered the continental United States, and had begun to eye the lands across the pond.

The leaders of Google have well understood the means to make Google’s company different to the other companies. They established since the beginning an original way of work, controlling the recruitment of the new members, and imposing their vision on the employees.
Its persistence and incredible energy are definably the keys of success. The first model created inside the company was focusing on the users, and the rest will be followed achieved. Also, the company figured out that being great at one thing was going to be the right path to follow. Plus, especially when dealing with technology, being able to provide a fast service was going to gain numerous customers. Moreover, Google’s model was based on democracy and ethical behavior. It is not necessary to become evil in order to be successful. Information is precious and a company like Google is always in need of information. There is plenty of information out there waiting to be found, and it only needs someone to look in the right place. Dressing like a professional does not make a person one. It takes skills, abilities and education. Finally, progress will never stop, and when someone thinks that he or she had reached the top, something will come up. Google Inc. is a company that started in 2002 and has gradually grown to become an international technology company. Google’s business is mainly focused around vital areas, like advertising, search, operating platforms and systems and platforms, hardware products and enterprise. The company produces its revenue mainly by distributing online advertising. Google also produces revenues from Motorola through selling products. The company offers its services and products in over 100 languages and in over 50 regions, territories and countries. The company assimilates various features in its search service and gives dedicated search services to aid users modify their search. Google also gives product-listing advertisements, which comprise of product information, like price, merchant information and product image without needing ad text or extra keywords.
Google continues to grow and innovate. Google focuses on the user and all else will follow. Since the beginning, they have focused on providing the best user experience possible, and take great care to ensure that they will ultimately serve their customers(Google.com n.d.). In relation to market development and product development the core values “Its best to do one thing really, really well (Google.com n.d.),” fits in with these strategies. “You don’t need to be at your desk to need an answer (Google.com n.d.),” describes Goggle’s innovation to mobile platforms. “The need for information crosses all borders (Google.com n.d.).” Google company has grown and has offices in more then 60 countries, maintaining more then 180 internet domains, and serve more then half of their results to people outside of the United States, and this relates to concentrated growth strategy. “Great just isn’t good enough(Google.com n.d.).” Google continues to strive to reach for better ways of doing things, through innovation and integration, continue to improve things in unexpected ways (Google.com n.d.).
Google will be successful in the future. In the meantime profits continue to soar and Google will continue to innovate, employing the high qualified experts in the field.
