The United Stated is highly exposed to globalization and globalization is a real fact in every aspect of our lives, all Americans have been exposed to globalization. One might even say that the Americas was discovered as a quest for globalization, searching for a shorter route to India to trade exotic spices and such. While many might think that globalization is something new that has just started in the past few decades, MSU, (2013) pointed out that globalization is as old as humans. (Ssenyonga, 2006) Certainly no one can argue that technological advances have facilitated globalization. (MSU, 2013) What have been the political, economical, technological, social, environmental, or other impacts of the globalization trend on your country? They can be negative or positive impacts. While it is undeniable that globalization has had an impact on the United States economy it cannot be said that it is all negative or positive there are aspects of both. Even if there is evidence that there are some jobs that have been lost to neighboring countries such as Mexico, since it is cheaper for companies to operate. (Rattner, 2016) Many have said the United States has become a service nation where little is manufactured and everyone provides a service. While that might be true that some jobs have been taken overseas, none the less as a whole GDP has steadily risen as seen from the chart
