No one else is going to have more power than I would. The consequences are harsh, but that because the laws are what people should actually follow. If I want to take a vacation Kalyn would be in charge, and other people do the killing part. I feel that my people should learn anything they would want to, that is not inappropriate.

Subpart A of this section will lay out the creation of Stark, the initial statute that created it and the many implementation phases and alterations it has gone through in its twenty-five plus year history. Subpart B will lay out some basic definitions that are necessary to understand the various elements of Stark violation. And Section C will give an introduction to the brief history of the SRDP.
The merits of both the adversarial and inquisitorial system will be explored throughout this paper. The Australian rule of law best describes as all law should be applied equally and fairly. The five vital operations of the rule of law includes fairness, rationality, predictability, consistency, and impartially. The adversarial system adopts these operations by having a jury decide on the verdict and the judge being an impartial decision maker. In contrast, the inquisitorial system relies heavily on the judge. This can result in abusive power and bias of the judge when hearing evidence and delivering verdicts. The operations of the rule of law determine why the rule of law is best served by the adversarial system in Australia.

During the late 1800’s to the mid 1900’s, the United States was tainted by the stain of the slavery era, especially in the southern states. There was a great prejudice against blacks and the white majority was able to prevent them from practicing their basic rights, especially the right to vote and the right to get an education. When people started to question why there should be this segregation within society, they brought the issues to the United States Supreme Court. These conflicts resulted in the Supreme Court cases, Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board of Education, two of the most influential court cases in United States history.

It is the right of every person in a state or country to have an attorney. An exigent circumstance can be defined as a situation in which an urgent police action is needed. According to the Fourth Amendment, police officers should not invade someone’s home without permission or a warrant. Getting into someone’s home without the warrant is forbidden unless there is an instance or circumstance that calls for the police to get to the house due to the urgency of the action to be taken. The police are allowed to get into someone’s house under some conditions which can be termed as exigent circumstances, which that warrant is ignored and the entry to be justified. Throughout history there has been many examples of injustices faced by many groups of people and it grows to become frustrating and intolerant at times. Groups have had to fight to receive their equal rights many either violently or peacefully, but both actions have been viewed as wrong. Therefore, I view that peaceful resistance to laws positively impact a free society. When society pins you down from the day you are born and doesn't give you a chance to fight back then we begin to see the hierarchy that society has and how many people are at times born into certain ranks or positions in life and that scale does end up shaping people's beliefs as they grow up. With peaceful resistance what is shown is an ability to be strong and brave to
There simply is no alternate system of laws that can maintain the calm and peaceful environment for people of the world besides “law”. One can easily see the need for each and every nation to enforce its own set of rules. While all of the countries of the world have their own individuality – they all have one considerable feature which is a system of law. It has no significance what type of government is the command, the rules are all appropriate to the people in their community.
This country has many law and know the country has come up with new laws these laws have affected many. One main issue that out there is gay marriage in the Christian church. This is not just affecting the churches but the whole Christian community. In the past all the way since the olden time the Christian community has always had to argue with the gay community about them getting married in the church. Of course, in those times there was nothing to enforce it till now; as we see nowadays, times have changed from having the constitution made to have the first ever African American president. Which is where the problem start, the first ever African American president who would of know he would have been the person to put out there the law
On a Friday afternoon, I went to observe a criminal trial at the San Luis Obispo County Courts. This was the murder trial of State v. James Lypps, which had begun many days prior and was already midway through the trial process. The defendant, James Lypps, was charged with the alleged murder of his wife, Sherre Neal-Lypps. She was found dead in the bathtub at their home by paramedics after the defendant made a 911 call. The defense is arguing that the cause of her death was suicide and prove James Lypps innocence, while the prosecution is aiming to prove that she was strangled and drowned by her husband.
In Intro to Criminal Justice class, I had the opportunity to learn about the Criminal Justice System more thoroughly. I learned that there are three components that make up the Criminal Justice System such as the courts, law enforcement, and corrections. Each component has its own role in making sure the the Criminal Justice System is functioning properly. If one of these components are not efficient the Criminal Justice system will not be as strong as it could be.
