SERVICE WARE/KITCHENWARE/ KITCHEN FIXED ASSETS:
1-Glassware:
• In kitchen, glassware are mostly used in pantry to serve milk, juice and some desserts which is made from silica and soda ash, lead may be added to make the crystal clear and sparkling.
• Most glassware is easily broken and Sometimes heating hard make damage the glass.
Types of glass according to materials:
 Lime Glass:
• It is mostly popular for daily use and it can be inexpensively produced like other popular glass.

 Lead glass/ crystal glass:
• It is the most beautiful and expensive glass.

Milk glass/borosilicate glass:
• It is a durable heat resistant milk glass which may white or color glass.
• This is a heat resistant milk white or colored glass.
