Dear fellows , life can be short for a person, it only weights as a tiny pinch of dust among the entire universe, and we only have approximate twenty years of growth, but we have to pay the rest of our life preparing for death. Our bones will once become fragile, our skin will gradually become loose, our eyes will fade away the childhood light, and our cells, organs, and tissues will also steadily degenerate. However, as we are still alive, our life is meaningful, every little piece of you can be worthwhile. Don’t believe? Let me list some possibilities, a sample of hair or a piece of fingernail could be a crucial evidence in a case ( for example, in the movie Gattaca, all the storylines were brought up from antagonist's eyelash); it might be sound gross, but the truth is that your faeces are the best nutrient for plants in order for you to consume in the future; even your breath can contribute to the entire oxygen and carbon cycle! So what are you guys waiting for? What we are looking for is how to make our life significant, and we

should not just wait there and focus on how to waste our time.
This is a true story in San Francisco, United States.

A 5 years old who boy named Miles Scott is a leukemia cancer survivor, and he has an outrageous dream of becoming a batman. Based on his faith and family’s support, Miles Scott’s dream was posted on the social media. Once the request has been sent out, thousands of volunteers were there to help this little fellow to accomplish his dream. During that day, little Miles Scott was riding a Lamborghini, involved in several stage crime scenarios, and dressed up as a batman. Thousands of volunteers, city officials, business supporters and even President Obama had participated in this special event. Afterward, this kid with his little dream created some unbelievable changes in the US society, his story is being interpreted in books, commercials, TV programs, and films. Later on, people decided to give this child a special name --- BATKID and honored him with a special day called Batkid

Day.
This might sound ridiculous to you, and you may wonder how can a 5 years old boy being such influential and what is the purpose of these media involvements? We can perceive this in two ways. First, The rise of concern of leukemia from this event is significant, although it might seem to us as a magic show for young children; however, behind the scenes, we see millions of cancer patients that might still suffer the pain and be wishing for the hopes. Second, we all need magics as we grow, and magics are sometimes more complex than what we think before. When people saw the unthinkable happens, they will usually be issued a smile, but once they grows older, whenever their pure curiosity crumbles, the essence of “magic” is helping people regain their childhood. This “magic” is not just an illusion or a cover-up, same with Miles Scott’s dream, it is a dream. A childhood dream of every individual of us. Miles Scott is only a child, but he is also a hero that created a meaningful life for himself, positively activates thousands of volunteers that involved in his story, and encourages countless leukemia patients that are around the world.
As the poem said, we “gleamed with infinite possible gestures [...] have set themselves into the narrow shape”, but why can’t we step out of the box, and break up the limits. Within our limited time, create infinite possibilities that could make our own life worthwhile.
