In a worldwide perspective religion is viewed as a way to make sense of the world. Religion gives a meaning of the strange things that we encounter in everyday life. It gives us peace of mind. When one feels helpless the first thing they turn to is religion and starts praying. People seek to religion as a protection from dangers or when they are on a trouble.
Religion strengthens our values, beliefs and brings people together as on. It gives us something to count on when we are down. We turn to religion to pray so that so we can be healthy or heeled when we are sick. People around the world, have different superficial about the way they approach their God or gods. Religion brings people together to pray it is important because it allows people to express their shared values and helps build a strong community.
