Why the French Revolution was most Successful and Influential

King Louis XVI of France once said, ”I have no intention of sharing my authority.” This was the reason that the Robespierre party decided to revolt against the corrupt and absolute French monarchy. Though not fulfilled directly after the French Revolution, the goals of Robespierre would be achieved with greatness in time. Napoleon became emperor after the revolution, but this was because the country was in ruins and needed to be brought back into stability before making an unstable constitutional monarchy.
