One of my question was “Should university have limit on freedom of speech? If yes, under what circumstances and why?”. He responses “freedom of speech should not be limited on campus; however, there should be some restrictions so that the school can control students or faculties and prevent them not to overreact or go beyond their limit.” I totally agree with him that although students and faculties on college campuses have right of freedom of speech, there should be some special restrictions but only under certain circumstances as stated in the First Amendment.
