Wright Lloyd Wright had designed more than 1140 projects during his lifetime, one-third of them being designed during the last 10 years of his life. More than one-third of his buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places or are located in a National Historic District. Wright Lloyd Wright believed that form and function are one, that the building is not just a place to be, but that it is the way to be. During the Great Depression Frank Lloyd Wright received almost no new commissions; it was during this time that he and his wife founded the “Taliesin Fellowship”. This was a program for architect apprentices to experience not only architecture, but also farming, cooking, and nature. Oken, Barry S. 1999, The efficacy of Ginkgo biloba on cognitive function in Alzheimer disease. Journal of American Medical Association 281(5): 402.
Richard Wright "Whenever I thought of the essential bleakness of black life in America, I knew that Negroes had never been allowed to catch the full spirit of Western civilization, that they lived somehow in it but not of it. And when I brooded upon the cultural barrenness of black life, I wondered if clean, positive tenderness, love, honor, loyalty, and the capacity to remember were native to man. I asked myself if these human qualities were not fostered, won, struggled and suffered for, preserved in ritual from one generation to another." This passage written in Black Boy, the autobiography of Richard Wright, shows the disadvantages of Black people in the 1930's. A man of many words, Richard Wright is the father of the modern American black novel.
Numerous studies have shown benefits of using ginkgo biloba extract to improve the mental sharpness of geriatric patients. For example, W.V. Weitbrecht and W. Jansen, of Nuremberg, Germany, conducted a double-blind study involving 40 patients, ages 60 to 80, who had been diagnosed with primary degenerative dementia(91). During the 3-month study, one group of 20 received either Ginkgo biloba extract(120 mg/day), while the other 20 was given a placebo(91).
Fluorine is added to form concentrations of below 1 part per million (to result in safe levels) in water. This fluorine is supplied from 3 primary chemicals; Sodium Fluoride (NaF), Fluorosilicic Acid (H2SiF6) and Sodium Fluorosilicate (Na2SiF6). These compounds dissociate in water to produce Fluorine ions by the following reactions:
Fluoride added in our waters would also add other toxics that we may not know about. “The CDC admits that that 43% of fluoridation chemicals tested from contain arsenic, 2% contain lead and 3% contain copper” (12 Reasons). How is that supposed to help our bodies or decrease tooth decay? Scientist say, that the level of them are too low to do any damage to our bodies. The Environmental Protection Agency however, states that arsenic and lead have incre...
