Forensic Psychology
The field I plan on going into is forensic psychology, the study of the human mind mixed with criminal justice. I will be interviewing suspects and determine if they committed the crime, if they are found guilty I will figure out the motivation behind it. I will enter the criminal’s mind and grasp more on the case and hopefully give more insight to officers about what is happening and or what did happen. In the words from AllPsychologySchools.com “They use the principles of psychology to get to the root of criminal behavior in specific cases, actively working alongside the legal and criminal justice systems in their communities.”
The educational requirements for this job is a total of 8-10 years of college. The first four years are for your bachelor degree, then two year masters, and either 2-4 year PHD or PsyD. There are certain subjects you can choose to major in, they are Abnormal Psychology, …show more content…

On occasion stress will overcome your mind and it is crucial to get through it with no doubts in yourself. As mentioned “...as forensic psychology has a huge effect on the world, as we know it.
