Fall, football and lots of fun. I love football as does Troy White the star quarterback of the book I choose The Big Time, written by Tim Green. What we learn from football goes far more than plays and the championships, its the risk and chances we take in life that occur on the field in in real life. Its how we react with those chances and risks we take in life and on the field. Taking the risk as a quarterback is a question we have to ask of every quarterback and along with it comes the chance - whose ready? Football has been played for hundreds of years. We all love to watch football, I am lucky enough to be able to play football and have many of the same dreams as Troy. Troy the twelve year old boy in the book is a stud, he is the star quarterback. Dreaming to play at his favorite college and get it paid for is a plus for him as is a career in the NFL. He’d love to help support his mother who is the only support in his family, maybe buy her a car someday and better yet a house. He has never met his father, although he thinks and dreams of the fun times he'd have with his father talking about the “game” and hunting and maybe fishing.
