Having hard drinks that can be sold anywhere at any time is not exactly the greatest idea in the world. While sit-down restaurants at least provide an enclosed space for boozed individuals to knock out, food trucks leave these individuals to either knock out in the parking lot, or the road. Having regulations to limit the free selling of drunk inducing beverages is a key factor in preventing events like car crashes from happening more than they already do. To conclude, while traveling restaurants have been making their splash in the culinary space, it is important to keep in mind that rules and regulations are needed to keep everything safe and in order. Important details including where vehicles are stationed, how they affect the local immovable kitchens, and the whats and hows they sell are all factors as to why precautionary actions are needed. Having the freedom to eat anywhere is a valid reason to be a fan of these food services, but it is also better to be safe while eating rather than not.
