How Did You Start Health And Fitness?
I was a powerlifter for 3 years which is where I found my love for lifting. It is where I learned the basic requirements and foundational elements of lifting with correct form and the make-or-break impact the mind has when there is 3x your body weight on your shoulders waiting to be squatted. If you wanted to do well, there was no option but to lift with correct form and finish.
It also introduced me to the level of fight, horse power, and tenacity it takes to be a state champion and a champion over your life.

The benefits from the repetitive discipline of training, cooking, eating, posing and sleeping doesn't begin and end with posing on a stage, it transcends into your life as you begin to own and become a champion over your body.
I look forward for the years to come and to compete on the NPC National stage representing my next best self while I compete for an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) bikini pro card.
Regardless of what your preferred style of training may be, something that all people interested in fitness and health have in common is that training is never limited to only one specific title, it is unanimously about training for ultimate self-development and to be the best self for the people we share our lives and sport with.

Can You Tell Us About Your Workout Routine?
My standard workout routine usually starts with proper warm up and mobility work which includes foam rolling and hip mobility drills. This is followed by active mobility drills to ensure that my body is warmed up and ready for what my workout consists of that day. I try to not focus on single muscle workouts but put more emphasis on groups; a lower and upper body routine throughout the week with cardio days mixed in consisting of high intensity work or some type of sprint

Bodybuilding is a sport that tests both the body and the mind. For thousands of years, people have used it. However, only for a little over a century has it been popular. A big question asked by many in the sport is, how much has bodybuilding really changed from the silver era (the 1940s)? The answer is a lot, since the 1940s many changes have occurred. Some of these are steroid abuse, competition categories and ranks, and money (Robson). Modern-day bodybuilders have incredibly large “stacks” (slang for the steroids they use on their cycle), more opportunities to compete than they did in the 40s and even more ways to market for money. The sport of bodybuilding has been around for thousands of years and has changed more than ever in just

...you can lift a lighter weight. If it asks you to do two sets, but you can only do one that’s okay. You’ll simply build strength and stamina until you can perform the activities.
I was able to gain knowledge about the different parts of the body which are important in the field of bodybuilding. I discover that there are main muscle groups and each of these muscle groups have different parts. For example, the main muscle groups would be the chest, back, arms, shoulders and legs. Now each of these main muscle groups have more that one part, your arms has biceps, triceps and a forearms. Each of these parts are made up or many more segments that can construct a list that can go on for a while. Gaining such a vast understanding of my body was thrilling. I was able to understand all the parts of my body. I am confident that I know almost every muscle group that is in the known human body. After learning about each individual muscle, I was then able to move on to the next step understanding how to train these individual muscle groups. I figured out that there are different routines that you have to follow in order to train each muscle. For example, your legs can be split into different muscles segments such as the quads, calves, and hamstrings. Once I isolated each muscle segment I was able to find workouts for each of them. For the quadriceps you would do workouts known as a barbell squat, lunges and reverse leg curls. Then after finding this out I had to
My haters are my motivators. It’s easy for me to be motivated because I have such an upbeat attitude. The key is to be as enthusiastic as possible when you’re training for your goal”. Andrew also responded to the question “What’s your biggest fear about Bodybuilding?” with “My biggest fear is that I’ll never be able to get as big as I want. I know I have the determination and the motivation to get as far as possible, but it’ll be a hard journey for me.” When Andrew was asked “Do you feel like you were happier before your started Bodybuilding, or after you started seeing results?” he responded by saying “Obviously after I started seeing results because let’s be honest, who doesn’t like looking as ripped as I do? My life has changed so much. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for worse but overall I appreciate how far I’ve come and the results I’ve gotten”. Lastly Andrew was asked “Who’s your biggest Bodybuilding idol?” and replied “Jay Cutler. I met him back in 2010 and he’s the most real guy I’ve ever met. He taught me a lot of motivational things that’s helped me out on my journey. I want to be as big, if not bigger than he is when I’m maxed out”. Andrew started working out the beginning of his freshman year in high school. He played football for 2 years, and

Throughout my life, I have always loved physical fitness and athletics. Unfortunately, due to a horrible knee injury at the end of my senior year of high school’s basketball season, my athletic lifestyle came to a screeching halt. Ever since I have gone through physical therapy and gotten back on my feet, I have had the desire to pursue a career in the field of health and fitness and my goal is to become a personal fitness trainer so I may help others reach their fitness goals and teach ways to be active safely and help prevent major injuries. I have always had a love and passion for health and fitness. I have become more sensitive to the importance of exercise and the related issues of nutrition and fitness for the avoidance of injury to the human body. Especially now that I
Bodybuilding is a practice where through dieting and strengthening individuals enlarge the muscles of their body. Consequently, there are many health risks associated with bodybuilding. It takes a very big toll on a person’s health, not just physically, but mentally as well. For many years the sport of bodybuilding has been male dominated but in the last few decades, female bodybuilding has been making an appearance within the industry. Many believe that female bodybuilding is an act of feminism because it represents the transgression of the social constructs of gender roles such as what it means to be a woman and how a woman should look. For female bodybuilders, it allows them to take charge of their mental well-being and feel empowered.

Adding exercises into one’s daily routines can change their whole lifestyle. Many people look at exercise as being something just for people who want to lose weight or to become muscle bound, but there are a great deal of benefits that can be received from exercising regularly. Of course gaining muscle and losing fat are the two most popular reasons that usually attract people to the gym, but they make up a small part of the potential benefits that can be achieved with exercise. There are several ways in which I have benefited in my life from exercising regularly, besides just making me bigger and stronger. It has made me become more organized, helped me make better decisions, and motivated me to take on new challenges in life.
