Defining social work needs explaining the role of social workers. Whereas many efforts have been made to explain social work, there are some disputes in seeking a universal definition of social work. Thus, without a general accord on what construct social work, it is not easy to obviously outline the functions and role of social work are or should be. The clear collapse to reach a decision on what social work somewhat depends for the space between what social workers claim they had to gain and what they can actually gain.
