The film “Taxi Driver” is a true undertaking of the human longing to fit in, and be adequate. It depicts all aspects of this, by showing the triumph of Travis’s heroic emancipation of Iris, and the failure of the assassination of the presidential candidate Palentine. “Taxi Driver” shows all of this in a least expected but very beautiful way, it is a timeless ballad to all unsure, astray, and wandering personalities.

The story begins with brothers David and Tommy heading over to their "daddy's" place to meet an accountant, who supposedly can help David out of his financial trouble with the farm. It is apparent that David is unprepared, which is a critical in all negotiations. For the meeting, he has gathered all of his financial documents, but has done no preparation to learn who about the accountant himself, which plays a critical factor later. Tommy explains that this accountant is the one who helped their neighbor, Johnny Vance, save his farm from financial trouble by reaping the insurance benefit of losing his arm in a hay bailing "accident". Background: Being a city bus, there seems to be about 50 or so seats, though some people prefer to stand if they are getting off rather quickly (about two or three stops). The space is more on the small side, but was not crowded at this moment and time due to the rain outside, which discourages people to take the bus. The most common objects are headphones, bus books, and smart phones with the passengers. The younger the rider, the more likely they are to have a smart phone unless they are with their parents. Old passengers tend to have books or are looking at the bus book.
