Why the school cafeteria should not run out of food.
School cafeteria’s run out of food often. Students end up hungry for the rest of the day. This a problem because students need energy to stay awake and for after school sports. Another reason it is a problem because students may fall asleep. If this happens students will be behind on school work.
One reason why the school cafeteria should not run out of food is because students depend on the cafeteria to provide food for them. When the cafeteria runs out of food students usually don’t eat and if they do it is something small from the vending machines. If the students didn’t bring money for vending machines then they have nothing to eat. Also, when the food runs out kids are left hungry for the rest of school. Kids need energy to do and feel their best in sports or other activities. Having no food leaves the students with no energy and students might fall asleep in class or just tune out the teacher for that class period because they feel drowsy.When students tune out or fall asleep they are missing out on learning and will be behind the other students in learning and class work. One reason the school should run out food is because they waste the schools money and if all the food does not get eaten and they should not use the food again. Most students do not buy lunch because they feel it is unappealing and do not like the food served. Many students go to other kids and ask for food. First, the school does not do an adequate job at providing food for all of its students. The lines at the cafeteria can take forever and by the time people get their food, lunch can be over. Majority of teachers on campus also do not allow kids to eat in class so they will end up wasting money on food and being deprived of their lunch. The amount of food available is also pretty scarce. Therefore, this leads to a suggestion: Healthier, tastier foods and a better, more advanced lunch system should be implemented. Well there are a couple of reasons why food is not allowed in class, why that is because people do not clean up after themselves and it is just a bad habit to keep doing that.Kids need to be paying attention to the teacher in class, and if they are eating not only are they more focused on that but other kids may be sitting back with their own mouths watering not paying attention either. Also Eating in class may create a mess. And Many students may be eating a candy or chips, but they usually leave it behind or they miss the trashcan and never pick it up. Most of them will spill their snack on the floor and if possible,and there might be a bug infestation. Therefore, eating in class should not be allowed.
