Here are the four basic ways to promote children's right in my practice.
1. Respect when it comes to respect you must at all times have equal respect and concern for the children and their families and therefore picking favourites among families and children isn't allowed.
2. valuing children children need to feel herd and understood so when you understand what valuing children means you will listen to them and acknowledge their efforts, interests and ideas as well as making them feel safe to talk about there fears and concerns someone who doesn't understand how to value a child will often laugh or make the child feel bad for voicing how they feel and that is not acceptable.

Proper respect for others begins by a person respecting their self. Respect is developed by expressing honor, leadership, value, and trust in a person. If everyone respects everyone someday, the world will become a seventh heaven. It is important to be respectful for safety, to abide by the law, because children are influenced by their elders’ actions, and because God says so. Motivation from peers can help a person realize there is always room to improve the level of respect a person exhibits. Respect was, is, and always will be a positive attribute for everyone to strive for in their lives.
