Canada is an extraordinary country with diverse cultures and vast types of food. Because of its great multiculturalism, authentic Canadian food can often times get lost amongst all the gorgeous Vietnamese, Japanese and Mexican delights. If you were to ask the typical tourist – “what is Canadian food” – they would often times be unresponsive. To be fair however, there aren’t too many Canadian foods, we aren’t like the Italians or the French, but we do have a few amazing dishes that we think everyone should know about : 1.
