I bet some of you, if not most of you are currently zoning out on my speech as I speak because I could not possibly talk any less confidently than I am right now. I am not speaking with volume, enthusiasm or any physical movement to keep your eyes and attention span on me at this current moment. I am also getting bored of hearing myself talk this way so I will stop right now. (All spoken in monotone head down facing the paper the whole time) • Now, do you see the difference? I didn’t even care to pay attention to what I was saying, let alone an entire class of busy, tired and stressed out students. It is so important to move when you talk, speak loudly, project your voice, use enthusiasm, otherwise you mine as well just sit down and stop talking. If your going to do something, do it right! • Be proud of what your saying, capture the attention of everyone around you, really and I mean really get into what your saying and how to make others agree with you.
