Accomplishment. This word sums up the main reason I want to further my education. One of the best feelings for me is looking back on all the work that was necessary to achieve one status or position and feeling proud. Going to college is looked upon by society as necessary to increase your earning potential. While true, going to college means more than that to me. I am grateful to have the work ethic necessary to feel this sense of accomplishment early on in my life so I can ensure future success in college. One of the most sizable examples so far in my life of a feeling of accomplishment was achieving the rank of Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts. This involved nine years worth of volunteer work, training, and leadership to earn a single status that
I would be proud of for the rest of my life. Since then I have continued to get a sense of accomplishment in smaller, yet meaningful ways in my life. Furthering my education at Missouri State University is the best option to accomplish more in my future. I plan to major in Accounting and minor in Business Management to provide me with more experience managing a business as a whole with an emphasis on the financial aspects. From college onward, my number one goal I would set to achieve is to start my own business from scratch. Watching my new venture grow and prosper would make me feel very accomplished, knowing that I couldn’t have done it without furthering my education in the business world. I hear from business owners all the time that there is always a new career goal to aim for daily, and that sounds like the perfect fit for a motivated individual like myself.
FDR has many accomplishments and achievements during his career as being president. For example, he managed to get a number of bills through congress during his “First 100 Days” program which was placed to grant fast relief to millions of workless men during the Great Depression. He also, created the Tennessee Valley Authority which was put in place to hire hundreds of thousands of unemployed men to work on the rural local projects. Furthermore, he came up with programs which include the AAA, SEC, FDIC, NLRA, and much more. The NLRA protected the livelihoods of the workers and farmers. The SEC and FDIC are still in effect til this day. He has tremendously decreased unemployment from 25% to 2% over his tenure. In the 12 years as president he
One of the proudest accomplishments of my life was earning my high school diploma, despite all the hard work that led me where I am today was well worth it. Many people would expect me to say I am coming to college to better myself as a person or to continue my education. The truth is I want to change a life in my community, make my parents proud of their daughter and start a tradition in my family.
Being the first one to attend college in my family has pushed me to continue my education. Now in today’s society a college degree is so important. I want my parents to be proud of me, and be happy with my high level career after college, and that starts with my education. I also hope to be an influence on my younger brother and show him that a college education is important. He looks up to me, and I need to be a good role model for him. I truly just want to get the best education and job for myself worth and make myself happy.
College. Educational benefits that can help a person succeed in the vast majority of life’s careers. When I think of college, I think of hard work. The number one thing that motivates me the most in college is the fact that I recognize this is not the end. I have to work hard to obtain where I want to be at in life. I identify that I did not want to settle with just being a high school graduate and wanted to do something additional with my life.
Education has played a significant role in both my immediate and long term goals. Without an education I would not be able to reach my long term goal to become an Occupational Therapist. An education has given me the feeling of success and a lifetime of pride. Through my past struggles in college I have learned valuable key aptitudes needed, such as, dedication, attendance, and organization, in becoming a successful student. Through my achievements such as making Dean’s list, Chancellor’s list, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies I have learned I am motivated and capable of accomplishing my goals and

I have not had a single accomplishment that is worth writing about but I feel that my college completion will be one accomplishment that I will be most proud. I feel that I am taking one step forward in life that will make me become a more successful person.
Growing up I was always told that I had to attend college and be something great. So I guess in a sense I have to prove to myself and others that I can achieve this. When I graduate it will give me a piece of mind knowing that I did what I was destined to do. Graduating and receiving my degree will be one of my greatest accomplishments.
...ressful. Not everyone graduates from college, so when or if you do, it’s such a great feeling. Knowing that you have an education if not anything else is one of the best feelings. Knowing that there are so many opportunities out there for you just because you put in the time and effort. You get out what you put in. College is expensive, takes a long time, requires a lot of dedication, and there seems to never be any relaxation or break time. It's all about balancing out your schedule, getting enough sleep and taking care of your business. You have to take it upon yourself to work hard in class and apply for scholarships. The price you pay to attend college, you don’t choose, but you do choose what you do with your education. Everyone’s situation is different, but that doesn’t make college impossible. With some hard work and motivation, college is definitely possible.
