I, Deputy John Arnold, am a commissioned deputy for the Creek County Sheriff's Office. On June 9, 2016, I was dispatched to Leaps and Bounds Daycare in Sapulpa to make contact with a wanted subject named Kody Whitehead. Whitehead has two outstanding Creek County warrants.

While en-route, I was advised that Whitehead left the location driving West towards Hickory Street in a Gold Hyundai Santa Fe with Oklahoma Tag #481BXA.

I caught up to the Hyundai at Main Street and Taft Street in Sapulpa, Creek County. I activated my emergency equipment and conducted a traffic stop where the vehicle pulled into the McDonald's parking lot.

I made contact with Whitehead who was driving the vehicle. I made Whitehead step out of the vehicle and took him into custody for his outstanding warrants.

I made contact with a black male passenger.

I asked the passenger if I may see his identification. The passenger stated he did not have identification or other documentation with his name on it. I asked for his name and he gave me the name, Domonic Zachary (D.O.B. 05-04-96). I ran a warrant check on Domonic and there were no warrants for a person with that name. I asked the passenger if I may search his person for anything illegal. The passenger gave consent for me to do a search of his person. The passenger stepped out of the vehicle so I could conduct the search.

Upon searching the subject, I found a brown wallet with several documents with the name, SHAVONNE SINGELTON. I also observed a piece of paper with the name Haley written on it. The passenger had a cell phone in his pocket and he was receiving text messages from a Haley while I was searching his person. I asked the passenger who SINGLETON was and he stated the wallet was his cousin's and he was holding on to it for him. I completed a warrant check on SINGLETON. Creek County dispatch advised that there was an outstanding warrant in Creek County for

SINGLETION.

I placed the passenger into handcuffs and advised him he was being detained until his identity could be confirmed. At this time the passenger identified himself as SHAVONNE SINGELTON. SINGELTON stated he knew he had warrants and did not want to go to jail. SINGLETON stated his identification was underneath the passenger seat where he was sitting. I obtained an Oklahoma Identification Card that verified that SINGELTON was who he said he was.

I advised SINGELTON that he was being placed under arrest for his warrant.

There was a toddler in the vehicle that was the child of Whitehead's girlfriend. She was contacted to pick up the child and the vehicle. She arrived shortly afterward and took custody of her child and the vehicle.

I transported Whitehead and SINGELTON to the Creek County Justice Center. At the Justice Center I advised SINGELTON that I was charging him with FALSE PERSONATION CREATING LIABILITY OR BENEFIT, for providing me with a false Name and date of birth.

SINGELTON was booked into the Justice Center for Ct. 1: FALSE PERSONATION CREATING LIABILITY OR BENEFIT and his outstanding warrant.

A copy of this report will be forwarded to the Creek County District Attorney's Office.
