I hope you are doing well. I am extremely family oriented, and many people my age like to hang out with friends and go out. However, I have always enjoyed spending time with my family in my free time. Recently within the last five months, I have acquired a deep desire and interest to get married. At this point in my life, I feel that I am really ready to get married. Eventually in the near future I would like to start having children. I would like to know your input on marriage, is it something you pray about and wait to see who G-D has selected for you? This is what I have always believed in. Many people around me attend many social events to expose themselves, but they haven't been very successful. I would like to know how I approach this
One of my earliest memories of Grandpa begins with us driving to the Monmouth Park Racetrack. We sure did love to go to the track and root for Julie Krone or one of our other favorite jockeys. He loved challenges, and he especially loved the challenge of picking the ponies. He would read the race programs in the Asbury Park Press and usually pre-pick most of the day's favorite horses before ever leaving the house. Still, on arrival, we always bought the program and maybe a race sheet or two before entering the track grandstand. After picking up a couple of seats right around the finish line or maybe a little past it, back to figuring he'd go. As he went, grandpa would always point out the horses that had won recently or looked like they were due. "I have a feeling about this one" he'd say.
On behalf of my entire family, I want to thank all of you for your compassion and for being present here today. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Mauri-Lynne, and I'm Lionel's daughter. Dad was devoted to every one of you. We all hope that you'll share your memories of him with us, if not today then in the weeks and months to come.

Once upon a time, a 18 year old named Juan was going to work in his father’s vegetable market. Juan always goes to help out his father no matter what. Him and his dad moved to Jerusalem from a village in Jordan. His mother had passed away from a wound infection. His father didn’t have enough money for medicine, so that’s why she died. They moved so they wouldn’t struggle anymore, and so they can live a different life. Juan is a very helpful, nice, intelligent, and had a very prodigious heart . Everyone in Juan’s village liked him, but his bullies, John and Josh, just hated him. They always bullied Juan on a daily basis just because they were jealous of how Juan was loved by everyone. While Juan was helping out his dad, Juan and Josh went to his dad’s store and Josh started to say that he and Juan’s girlfriend Emily were in love and that Emily didn’t love Juan anymore. He was just ignoring them because he knew that it wasn’t true, so he continued on working.
Eulogy for Son William was a very special person. His good qualities are endless. Since he was just a child, I always remember William sticking up for the family. When his sister, Lisa, was a baby, William would sit outside her room with a mask and cape on, ready to rescue her in case she started crying. And, if William’s father or I were making too much noise, he was always quick to fly downstairs and tell us to keep quiet so as not to disturb his little sister.
I stand before you today to pay my last respects, and to say my final goodbyes, to my father Harry.
I'd like to thank you all for the outpouring of support and condolences on the loss of my beautiful son Adam. My entire family appreciates it. This is my eulogy to Adam:
Eulogy for Son The Death of a Child. Not many people realize that the death of a child is NOT in accordance with God’s NORMAL scheme of things. It is not a natural. God did not mean for a child to go first. A child buries the parent.
I am not a girl who dreamed about a fairytale wedding or how many children I would have or what their names would be. However, I always knew I wanted to be married and have children. The beginning of my future family started on March 25, 1994. I remember the day so clearly. The sun was shining and the earth was showing signs of spring. I was nervous, but I was ready to marry the man of my dreams and start creating our new life together. Even though the event of
Today, the most difficult day in my family’s life, we gather to say farewell to our son, brother, fiancé and friend. To those of you here and elsewhere who know Dylan you already are aware of the type of person he was and these words you will hear are already in your memory. To those who were not as fortunate, these words will give you a sense of the type of man he was and as an ideal for which we should strive. My son has been often described as a gentle soul. He was pure of heart and had great sensitivity for the world around him. He had a way with people that made them feel comfortable around him and infected others to gravitate toward him. Dylan exuded kindness and pulled generosity and altruism out from everyone he touched. He was everyone's best friend.
Every person in the world is not going to be crazy about the idea of marriage. Still, for the most part, the majority of people want to be married at some point in time of their life. For a person to fall in love with somebody and commit themselves for the rest of their lives is absolutely outstanding. Even though the majority of marriages is going to be positive, marriage can likewise have its downfalls at times too. No marriage is going to be perfect, but it is the time and determination two people put into the marriage that is going to allow the journey to be worthwhile. In most marriages, the positives will unquestionably outweigh the negatives. In marriage, people have to stop thinking about only themselves and think about another human
Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God. From a Christian perspective, marriage was created for man and woman to fulfll each other and have children. From a social perspective, it is created for intimacy which is achieved through friendship, romance and attachment. Friendship entails the need for acceptance and identification (Buss, 2005, p. 259). Romance involves the need for idealization and infatuation in relationships and attachment involves the need to form bonds in relationships (Schnarch, 2009, p. 20).
Before I begin I would like to thank all of you here on behalf of my mother, my brother and myself, for your efforts large and small to be here today, to help us mark my fathers passing.
The debate on whether to get married or stay single has been raging for a long while, with both sides of the coin having their own pros and cons regarding the matter. Many proponents of either marriage or single life have strong individual convictions, and it is difficult to reach a definitive, objective conclusion. Is the married individual happier than his/her single counterpart, or is getting married just a comfort seeking ritual that people believe they have to fulfill at some point in their lives? It is necessary to dissect this issue in the light of four factors: health and other medical factors, the economic and financial factors, mental and emotional wellbeing and lastly, the social factors. According to Webster’s dictionary, the definition of Married is “the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law”.
It is widely known that fewer people today are getting married and many couples without kids. With population growth, many young adult Americans will reach the age of marriage as it used to be. Many elderly parents are looking forward to the day when their kids have children, so that they can hug their grandchildren. However, marriage in America is not as popular as the past. The marriage rate has continued to decline, and many showing less interest in marriage.
