Today I will be writing about my father, and the many things he has taught me, both about myself, and life. Through my sixteen years on this earth, I have learned that parents are an extremely valuable source of life lessons, and advice. There are three things my dad has told me that have stayed with me to this day. The first being that women are crazy. Secondly that lying is the worst thing you can do to people. Last he taught me that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Ever since I was little my dad has told me, “Women are crazy”. What I think he means by this, is that even though they are sweet and kind, if you do something to hurt them, they can turn as hot as a tea kettle. Over the years I have learned this lesson the hard
For as long as I can remember I have always been told to be confident in everything I do, and for as long I can remember I have never been able to be confident in anything. Until I put in the hard work, and it paid off in the long run. My father has always been my greatest friend and supporter, and if it wasn’t for him I would have been walking away from my greatest dream. I thank my father for making me put in the hard work and always being there when I need him the most. Hard work will always pay off at some point. You have to put in the hours if you want to receive them back, but you won’t only be receiving them back you’ll also be getting the knowledge in return as
wisdom my father has shared with me, and I plan to continue his legacy throughout my own life.
I’m glad we have Maurice, my mother’s younger brother here today. Ella, her older sister, unfortunately couldn’t make it, but I know the news of my mothers death hit her hard. And I know that she prayed with all her will, for my mother.
I'd like to thank you all for the outpouring of support and condolences on the loss of my beautiful son Adam. My entire family appreciates it. This is my eulogy to Adam:
Eulogy for Son First, I would like to say thank you for the tremendous outpouring of love and affection from our community at last night’s viewing for John. Roger at the funeral home told us this was the largest turnout he could remember. Close to 1,000 friends—and many people who were merely touched by John’s story—waited up to four hours in the rain to pay their respects. We want you to know how very grateful and very touched we were by the response.
Good morning. Joe and I thank you all for coming to celebrate our son Mark's life.
I stand before you today to pay my last respects, and to say my final goodbyes, to my father Harry.
Eulogy for Son William was a very special person. His good qualities are endless. Since he was just a child, I always remember William sticking up for the family. When his sister, Lisa, was a baby, William would sit outside her room with a mask and cape on, ready to rescue her in case she started crying. And, if William’s father or I were making too much noise, he was always quick to fly downstairs and tell us to keep quiet so as not to disturb his little sister.
With the little things. It's the little things that make up a year, and the years which make up a life. It's the little things that make up the memories. And I have an abundance of those.
I would like to thank you all for coming to Arlyn's funeral. I am truly touched that you care enough to show your support for us and your respect for Arlyn this way.
Where do I start? How do I begin a farewell when I still can't believe you're gone? How do I say goodbye to a part of my soul?
I Believe in the Priesthood I have a little brother, name Charles Jr. We were all so happy to know that my Mother was pregnant. We all hoped for another girl for our family. But, on Halloween back in October of 1966. My sweet Mother gave birth to our little brother.
I would be delighted! Thank you for getting back to me. There is a possibility that I would be able to do the full time, however it is difficult to say at the moment due to childcare.
I believe that every person in, in their own unique way, creates a legacy in their lifetime by which others can live long after that person has left us. For those of us who remain, Mildred Johnson has truly created a legacy to uphold and fulfill in our daily lives. I firmly believe that this carrying out is a true honor and responsibility by means of the various facets that Mildred has made her own.
He has taught me so much in this life that I can’t count all the examples he has shown me. Every time I see my father the words that come to my mind are “The biggest example to follow is standing right in front of me.” The way he has provided for this family is the way I would like to provide for mine. Not by being a construction worker, but by being a computer engineer and making him proud. All he has given me is what I cherish and think about daily. I don’t know what I would be if the person that I call father wouldn’t be the perfect role
