Indiviudals and organizations should be responsible to a large extent as the earth is our only planet and a majority of scientists argue that there is a growing correlation in the past 100 years climate change has sped up due to human activity and we should be ethically and morally responsible for the earth as more often than not those who are most vulnerable to the consequences of climate change are not the people or organizations who contribute to climate change but rather innocent children and people who are at risk.

Increasing temperatures globally will increase the frequencies of heat waves. Heat waves contribute directly to cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
Erratic rainfall and temperature will cause floods and affect fresh water supply. This is a very worrying consequence as more 50% of the worlds population lives within 50kilometres of the sea and we will be more vulnerable to the floods.
According to the WHO between 2030 to 2050 it is estimated that there will be an additional 250,000 deaths per year of which heat exposure,diarrhea, malaria and childhood undernutrition being the main causes of death. All of which are directly collerated to climate change and its effects.
There is evidence that economic and environmental progression can go hand in although that a lot of green technologies are still at its infancy many are very promising:For example a farmer in west Virginia came up with a way to process chicken dung into fertilizers .These dung when left untreated and unprocessed actually releases carbon gases into the atmosphere during its decomposition.Such practices and ingenuity has shown how small measures like that has allowed the farmer to do his part for the environment whilst yet making a sizeable side income selling these
Earth’s average temperature has increased about 0.8 degrees Celsius since 1880 and another degree could cause even more problems than there already are. Climate change is an important issue to be aware of because it is real and it affects you and the things around you each and every day. Every day animals lose habitats and die because climate change caused there home to burn, or their food sources started to deplete, etc. Along with these, more and more CO2 is being released into the air due to wildfires burning which is causing the atmosphere to heat even more. With the temperature increasing the oceans will become warmer and evaporation and rainfall patterns will change which will affect humans and animals, because we all work together in a system. There are many consequences of climate change like human health issues, and more animals becoming endangered, but the most important consequence is the rising amounts of wildfires.
Global warming may also result to an extreme weather apart from cold or heat extremes. For example, hurricane formation. Increase in sea level causes many floods in many places. Another feature of climate change is lightning. According to a study in 2014, a 50 percent increase in the number of lightning strikes in the United States is anticipated in 2100 if worldwide temperatures continue to rise.

Global Warming and climate change will influence water temperatures, weather systems and for the amount of water in streams and rivers. A change in the world’s water is a concern for the whole world. Climate change will affect both the quality and the quality of water, algae and bacteria will grown in areas where they are not normally found, and in other areas, salinity of the water will rise. A rise in atmospheric temperature will speed up the pace of the water cycle, it produce more rapid evaporation leading to more intense storms, floods and drought. Moreover, the IPCC (2007) purported that climate change has severe consequences for food security in developing countries.
Of all the effects of global warming, the extreme weather that is taking place all over the world is the most obvious one. Global warming will bring more heat waves, drought, fiercer wildfires and stronger hurricanes. “This intensification of weather and climate extremes will be the most visible impact of global warming in our everyday lives” (75 yrs NWF). Due to rising temperatures, places everywhere will be affected as we get more extremely hot summer days and lesser winters. In addition, as these rising temperatures shifts the cycle of rain and increases evaporation, there will be longer and drier droughts which in turn can lower the water supply for life everywhere. Wildfires can turn out to be even more catastrophic due to warmer temperatures and drier areas combined with accumulated levels of fuel loads in the forest which has built up as a result of decades of fire suppression activities. Moreover, stronger hurricanes are also an effect of global warming as sea levels are rising and heavier rains are falling near the coasts. Overall, global warming is bringing climates that are changing real fast.
