1.0 Introduction Nowadays, the use of virtual reality (VR) technology is a conducted effort to develop a variety of fields such as medicine, engineering, education, design, field training, and entertainment fields. Virtual environments are expected as being systems that as the system will increase communication between humans and computers. If virtual systems are to be well and effective received by their users, then human’s factor research need to be accomplished. This research paper provides an overview of these humans factor issues in virtual environments, including motivation behind the study, does it make a significant contribution to body of knowledge? And how so? Do the technology described are still relevant, why? And the suggestions to improve the study are discussed. Humans factor issues in virtual environments is divided into three primary subtopics which include human performance efficiency in virtual worlds, health and safety issues and potential social implications of virtual environment (VEs) technology. 1.1 Motivation behind study At the present many human factors motivate us in virtual environment. According to Bellamy, Beyer and Wilkinson (2008), a good human factor in practice is about optimizing the relationship between demands and capacities in considering human and system performance for example understanding human capabilities. Human intelligent performance contributed to increased productivity and competence. In order to produces a successful organization, human performance is required. Esenhauer M. at al., (2002) found the some important issues in human-computer-interaction, is practice where the performance improves with practice when designing an interface of a learning environments. It is a device specially trained individuals with disabilities. Even in entertainment, technology is useful in game. It can improve human performance by the feedback from the human. 4.0 Suggestion to improve the study Suggestion to improve the study where is the human should cooperate in the development virtual reality technology is that technology is increasingly transformative. Besides, improves computer performance, especially on 3D graphics so that progress can be achieved in the field of virtual reality. Application that virtual reality has should provide unlimited interactivity, so that the user becomes actives and literate users with cutting edge technology. Even, cost to the consumer should be offered affordable to more and more users use this technology.

Virtual reality can be used as an educational tool to assist not only students but teachers as well. Another major benefit of virtual reality is its use in the healthcare field. It can be used to treat several medical conditions such as anxiety disorders, mental health issues such as phobias, and it can even be used as a pain reliever (Matheison, 2017).
Many studies have been conducted on the use of virtual reality in education and training. In education, new technology is used to enhance the learning process. Mobile has become one of the technology offers educators a way to communicate with students using the appropriate application for learning. Virtual reality has reached a sufficient level of development for it to be considered in innovative applications such as education, training and research in higher education. With the creation of virtual reality has been used in education, it allows students to learn, to explore and develop
The term Virtual Reality (VR) is used by many different people with many meanings. There are some people to whom VR is a specific collection of technologies, that is a Head Mounted Display, Glove Input Device and Audio. Some other people stretch the term to include conventional books, movies or pure fantasy and imagination. However, for purposes of this research, we restrict VR to computer mediated systems. We would define Virtual Reality as a way for humans to visualize, manipulate and interact with computers and extremely complex data.
The term Virtual Reality is a very unique way of bringing life to a world which doesn't even exist. There are many ways by which people have been trying to bring in the consent of the audience and to grab their interest. The history of virtual reality is marvelous in terms of what it was and what it is now. When before 1960s virtual reality existed, it was popular with the term "Pygmalion's Spectacles". Then there was "View-Master" a device in which there was a circular disc having small pictures in it and to view these pictures a person has to use a viewer where he places the disc inside of the designated place and then view in the direction of light. Then from the year 2000 onwards there were many platforms
Virtualization technologies provide isolation of operating systems from hardware. This separation enables hardware resource sharing. With virtualization, a system pretends to be two or more of the same system [23]. Most modern operating systems contain a simplified system of virtualization. Each running process is able to act as if it is the only thing running. The CPUs and memory are virtualized. If a process tries to consume all of the CPU, a modern operating system will pre-empt it and allow others their fair share. Similarly, a running process typically has its own virtual address space that the operating system maps to physical memory to give the process the illusion that it is the only user of RAM.
It is stated in this chapter that Virtual Reality “can potentially reduce, if not eliminate all together, the time and space interval between intention and realization.” Virtual Reality can be looked at as a direct technological extension and the design involved in expression of the mental processes. Virtual Reality has offered much more than many people can see from the human eye. An example of this would be how Virtual Reality situations allow for humans to actually enter the content of their extended minds which allows them to create, understand, and interact with their own personal situations and thoughts. It is stated that eventually one day down the road as Virtual Reality technology continues to progress and advance that people will be able to actually meet up in a virtual reality world and work together in virtual situations to help solve and understand
Video games have been around about 50 years and they contribute a big part of the U.S. economy. People interact with video games every day throughout different ways, such as cell phone devices, computers, consoles or whatever which has a screen on it. In fact, it has always affected people’s lives. However, not so many people understand the benefits of video games. With video games, people can not only relieve themselves from stress and suffering, but it also improves people’s social experiences while they are exchanging and absorbing knowledge with other people; more than that, people can learn many other things from video games which can help them to achieve great things in lives.
Although still in its, infancy, virtual reality will have a substantial effect on our future way of life. Virtual reality already has made astounding progress in the world of commercial design, and it is predicted to have a tremendous impact on everyday life as well. Virtual reality, when more available, will have various uses ranging from recreation to basic communication. The applications of virtual reality into different fields of occupations and research will have both positive and negative effects on our society.

Over the years society has changed in many different ways. In particular, technology has been the largest change that has occurred over the year. Only a few years ago the iPhone came out and it has forever changed the way people view their phone. Internet has also become very assessable resource. There are places everywhere to access a computer or free Wi-Fi. These changes have led to the alteration of the accessibility and use of technology in the education setting. The changes made to technology in the education setting have led to many positive outcomes that have allowed many types of people access to education that could not get it prior. There are however, many critics that refute these changes and say that virtual education can be biased and expensive. Although, there are many critics that do not agree with technology in education, have this can give access to many students with disabilities as well as people who have limited time or ability to further an education.
According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, “Technology is the practical application of knowledge especially in a particular area.” However, technology continues to change the world daily. For example we use computers to enter data, communicate, or search the web. Technology helps everyone get their job done faster, instead of doing everything by hand. Everyone uses technology in a variety of ways such as replacing an amputation, stimulating muscles, or running tests to diagnose patients. I am going to talk about how technology is being used in Physical Therapy using computers, whirlpools, and ultrasound therapy.
Today there are many technological advancement to enhance our daily activities, whether it be as simple as an Ipod for entertainment purposes or as vital as an artificial heart for the survival of a human live, science and technology is the reason for its existence.
In contrast, in virtual learning environment, there would be a danger of procrastination among students. Moreover, students will not collaborate with each other because all learning is online, so they will feel isolation.
Virtual Reality is a new form of interactive media that is here to stay. A time may come when people might get tired of it but the chances of that happening are really low as the content that can be offered in VR systems is almost limitless.
