“My only love sprung from my only hate,” Juliet said when he first laid eyes on Romeo and realized he was a Montague. The tale of Romeo and Juliet, written by William Shakespeare, was a tragedy of two young star-crossed lovers. Romeo was the son of Lord Montague and Lady Montague from the House of Montague. Juliet, coming from the House of Capulet, was the daughter of Lord Capulet and Lady Capulet. In this story, Romeo and Juliet meet at the Capulet’s masquerade ball with Romeo’s intentions of seeing his love, Rosaline. However, when he saw Juliet, he ultimately fell in love with her because of her inexplicable beauty. Romeo decides to approach Juliet to express what he thought was love at first sight. The final act of the book was about how the life of both Romeo and Juliet ended. Referring back to the book, the wedding date of Paris and Juliet has moved a day earlier. As a result, the Friar did not have enough time to inform Romeo of what was going on in Verona. When Romeo received the news that Juliet was dead, Romeo quickly leaves Mantua to see Juliet for the last time. Unfortunately, Romeo and the Friar’s messenger passed each other which prevented Romeo from receiving the message about Juliet’s sudden death. Romeo stops to buy poison from the apothecary. When Romeo reached the monument where Juliet’s dead body lies, he was devastated. Meanwhile, the Friar was also on his way to see Juliet because he was worried that Juliet will think Romeo did not come for her. Romeo whispered his last words to Juliet and how much he loved her before drinking the potion. Sadly, Juliet woke up to find Romeo lying dead before her eyes, this leaves Juliet heartbroken. The Friar attempts to take Juliet away but fails because Juliet much rather stay with Romeo than leave him dead. Eventually, Juliet takes her life because she believed there was no point in living in a world where her only love did not exist.
