In the NBA, Rick was in it for mainly money, and he got that once he won a NBA championship in 1975. In 1978-79, he only missed 9 free throws, that was also the same season he retired. It took him 14 seasons to retire, when he did retire, he was the best free throw shooter alive. He was also an underrated passer with 5 assist per game. His stats at the end of his career was, .900 FT%, .449 FG%, 794 games, 25,000 points, 12 all star game appearances, 1,104 steals, and was elected to be in the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in 1987. When he was done, he decided to be a broadcaster, eventually teaming up with Bill Russell. Rick is top 50 best of all time, and said to be the best Warrior ever. Rick ended up having a championship, a Championship MVP title, most free throws in a quarter with 14, and was the only player to ever to lead the NCAA, NBA, and ABA in scoring. He retired in 1980, and had 4 kids, on of them going to the NBA.
