Executive Summary
Analyze and develop a marketing plan to assist Radio Shack in its current situation. In order to do so, we will look into the weakness, threats opportunities and strengths of RadioShack’s current situation. Additionally, we will analyze its structural organization and recommend different strategies that can optimize the market and generate profits.

Additionally, if RadioShack wants to compete, they need to guarantee the best quality at the best price.
