Online shopping is the latest and greatest craze in the history of the internet, it’s fantastic! You can sit in the comfort of your own home, being as daggy-looking as you like and shop for all your pantry needs or buy that dress you’d like to wear out this weekend, its takes shopping to a whole new level. My favourite online shopping (because I’m female) is online fashion, I love the convenience of being tired and not having to go anywhere to get an outfit. To aid my research into online shopping I have had a look in Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia, where I could learn about the history of online shopping, I used my Facebook account to find the hottest online fashion stores right now. I also used Pinterest to source some trendy online fashion shops and lastly I used Instagram to follow any online stores and keep up-to date with their latest deals, whether that be Woolworths, Myer or a fashion store. By using my pal Wikipedia, I actually discovered the history of online shopping, none of which I knew before my research. I learnt that online shopping was invented in 1979 by English entrepreneur Michel Aldrich, who was an IT expert, with a total of 38 years in the business.
