All over the country when the Dallas Cowboys are playing millions of people are watching. People line up at stores to purchase anything in blue and white with the infamous logo. The Dallas Cowboys success as the most valuable franchise can be traced to its passionate fans that have ignited others to also become Dallas Cowboy fanatics. passion. Not only are people passionate about The Dallas Cowboys, people also became passionate about the Dallas Mavericks. I remember a few years back, Mark Cuban allowed for fans to design the team uniforms for the Mavericks. This concept was brilliant, as passion is also groomed by allowing opportunities for voice and ownership. Allowing ownership and giving a voice to the voiceless fosters passion and ignites children. Allowing students to participate in campus decision-making create goals, and evaluative process also ignites and fosters passion in learners. Collaborating to solve problems helps to increase passion and ignite a staff and its learners. A staff must work as a team and identify topics and problems that are meaningful for students. Recognizing those that are passionate on a daily basis, building positive relationships, allowing for collaboration and ownership, and creating engaging lessons can achieve ignite a passion for learning.
Egotistical players, brazen coaches, and disrespectful management can all have a significant effect on the public relations sector of the organization. In the early years, under Jerry Jones, the Cowboys were the glamourous team that everyone supported. They had talented players, an innovative head coach, and a great marketing team. The players always brought their A-game and they could always be counted on to get the job done. Hearing stories about Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman, Michael Irving and Darren Woodson shows that they were revered. This image, however has regressed into something totally polar to the idea of reverence. Lately the Cowboys have been prone to incidents occurring at the wrong times which leads to losses. They are always in a position to make a positive impact, to make everyone think that they have finally turned the corner, and returned to their “America’s Team” ways, but then something goes wrong. Pundits now have a new phrase for them, which describes their overall status and it is; “they are an accident waiting to happen,” and from what I have seen I couldn’t think of a better phrase

players around the NFL. The number of athletes that protested would increase from a couple on each team to nearly all of them. With the only exception being, the Dallas Cowboys. Who as a team took a knee prior to the anthem, but would all stand during it. This was due to the owner Jerry Jones why has said that no player will sit or take a knee on his team or he would cut them, but more on that later. Then there was one other person that would not join his team in protest. That person was Pittsburgh Steelers player Alejandro Villanueva. Who is a former United States Army Ranger.
NFL teams are practicing lightly so far this year, training camp is multiple weeks away, and the first preseason game isn't going to be played for months. The new defense has not been completely installed yet and neither has the new offense. We do not know whether the special teams unit will be as effective as it has been the past several seasons because Chip Kelly's practice schedule is no longer in place to provide extra reps and the overall depth chart isn't even being considered at this point because players are currently sporting shorts and t-shirts on the field.

“The Cowboys haven’t had a safety since the great Darren Woodson.” Countless times we have all heard this statement ever since the newly inducted ring of honor member hung up his cleats for the final time in 2004. Sure, we have had sporadic, solid performances from players such as Roy Williams and Ken Hamlin. However, the safety position overall has been little more than lackluster for the last decade. Barry Church is an average safety at best, especially now. He was always known for his tackling ability rather than his coverage, but even that fell far below expectations in 2015. With multiple, lingering injuries over the past few seasons and his age, it will be surprising if he comes back after this season with his contract expiring. Then there is J.J. Wilcox, a running

With over 75 million Americans taking part, and companies specializing in the game making in excess of over $1 billion dollars in revenue; there is no doubt that its popularity is here to stay. Fantasy football is a game where you join a league and draft a team comprised of NFL players. During the season your team scores points based on the statistics of the players, such as receiving, rushing, and passing yards. Whoever’s team has the most points at the conclusion of the games wins that week. At the end of the year the top teams with the most wins compete in a playoff and the last team left standing is awarded a fantasy championship.
