Biomedical Engineering
A career and tech. high school is a type of schooling that when a student graduates gives that pupil a trade degree in that scholars certain area of study along with that learners high school diploma. This is different from a normal high school because a student graduates with a degree that enables a scholar to go straight into that pupil’s field of study. For example if a learner is studying biotech the student will learn how to use the tools used in everyday labs like micro and serological pipets. One fields of study that the biotech program trains the students to do is biomedical engineering. In order to become a biomedical engineer undergraduate’s need years of schooling, and understanding of the growth in industry, once the technician has the job that engineer must adapt to the job or the job will sweep the operator under the rug.
Looking at the history of this industry it has only grown sense it was first introduced. This is because societies are always sick and everyone wants to get better, which is where Biomedical Engineering comes in. The scientists work constantly to construct new medical devices; some of these devices include critical time instruments like a defibrillators or a disorder that is permanent like a pace maker. In both cases without them many people would not make it out of a hospital. There is one issues with the biomedical industry, as time goes on engineers are constantly pressured to come up with the next great device but they are limited by what has already been made. Every year that the engineers work they are required to do certain tests to make sure that they are proficient with the equipment that they use in there labs.

Subsequently what is done is that selected high schools develop a curriculum that is organized around a specific career cluster, which are like a specialized charter school. The goal is to feature a series advanced “pathway” courses that can help students to enrich their knowledge through work-based learning and academics. In turn, this specialized education will allow student to demonstrate their understanding through assessments and industry credentialing opportunities. As well these schools are enrolled in a learning exchange that have partnerships that are organized to support the programs of study by coordinating statewide networks of education partners, businesses, industry associations, labor, and other organizations (2013, p. 21-23). Consequently, the program is driven to help high school students develop a career path and to receive exploratory education that will given them an advantage in either college endeavors or in the job market.

As known by now, Tissue Engineering is the combination of the cell, engineering material and suitable biochemistry factors that are used to improve the biological functions. There are 4 types of Tissue Engineering, mainly which are Autograft, Isograft, Allograft and lastly Xenograft.

Many people don't know what biomedical engineers do. A biomedical engineer’s job is actually quite interesting. They analyze and create solutions to improving the quality and effectiveness of patient care. They also design technology to accommodate the needs of people with disabilities. They have a big role in helping people begin new lives. The main job of a biomedical engineer is to help create prosthetic limbs or organs for those who are in need of one.
According the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the prediction of the job growth is 5% from 2014-2024, which is similar to the growth of most occupations. There are roughly 3 million engineers in the U.S., and 20% of them are mechanical engineers. Since this discipline is very large and people can work in many different industries and projects, it will most likely never “go out of style”. In the future, for example, cars will need engineering to enhance the product and remain at the forefront of innovation. Things go in and out of style, and mechanical engineers will need to be there to create a new and innovative product. The average salary of a mechanical engineer is about $88,190 per year, as of May 2015; of course, this can vary depending upon different factors,
