Children see their teachers 5 days out of the week many children look up to their teachers as role models. It is important for teachers to do the best that they can to be a positive influence on their students; children can become influenced by people they are surrounded by. Being able to have job advancements and retirements as a teacher is a very good opportunity because even if one loves being a teacher I’m sure they have their days that they wish they could do other things. If one decides to be a teacher they are responsible for about 30 students per class, maybe even more. This information is relevant because in order for one to be a successful teacher they must know all the responsibilities they will be taking on. "High school teachers are responsible for monitoring students ' academic progress" ("High School Teacher"). Being a teacher comes with many responsibilities, one is not only responsible for the students but also whether their students are getting the proper education they need. Anyone can be a teacher but it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to be a good teacher. Becoming a teacher is a huge responsibility, 200 students or more are now ones responsibility.
