2) A bus network is a network topology in which nodes are directly connected to a branched half-duplex link called a bus. A star topology is a topology for a Local Area Network in which all nodes are individually connected to a central connection point, like a hub or a switch. A star takes more cable, but the benefit is that if a cable fails, only one node will be brought down. Advantages of using a star topology include fast connection speed because each workstation has a dedicated cable, it will not slow down when many users are on-line and new workstations can be added without affecting the other workstations.
3) Advantages of using bus topology includes cheap installation compared to star topology because only one main cable is required,

Wireless networks are not likely to completely replace wired cables due to the reliability and speed issues.
2) Advantages of wireless networking include: users being able to move around freely within the area of the network with their device and get internet connection, the ability to share files and other resources with other devices that are connected to the network without having to be cabled to a port, wireless networks can sometimes handle a larger amount of users due to their being no limitation such as the number of connection ports.
Disadvantages of wireless networking include: extra costs and equipment to set up, setting up a wireless network can sometimes be difficult for people who are not experienced with computers, file-sharing transfer speeds are normally slower with wireless networks than cabled and wireless connections can be obstructed by everyday household items.
3) a) Modern mobile phone networks use cells because radio frequencies are a limited, shared resource. Wi-Fi can be used to connect the mobile to internet
These rules are also known as bus protocols. The design of a bus system contains several pro’s and con’s related to the size of the data bus, data transfer size, bus protocols, and clocking. Bus systems are categorized as asynchronous and synchronous buses depending on whether the bus communications are controlled by a clock. There are parallel and serial buses depending on whether the data bits are sent on parallel wires or multiplexed onto one single wire.
“The Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) is an older network protocol that ensures a loop-free topology for any bridged Ethernet local area network. The basic function of STP is to prevent bridge loops and the broadcast radiation that results from them.”
The Jaagz’ local area network will use category 5 cable and run IEEE 802.3 protocol. Using IEEE 802.3, the network speed will average about 10 Mbps. It will utilize a combination of a star and bus topology, which is the most common topology used in networks. The bus topology makes up the backbone of the network while the star topology branches out.
One advantage of bus topology is that small networks are fairly easy to set up and does not require specialized networking equipment. It is also fairly inexpensive to set up, since it requires the least amount of cable and equipment. Adding or removing nodes is fairly easy, but moving nodes without affecting neighboring nodes can be difficult.
Properly secure wireless systems: - To prevent data breaches it is very important to secure wireless networks. WI- Fi network security is necessary because it is very easy to hack the data and unauthorized access. Breaches can be prevented by using strong passwords, encryption methods, and strong verification.
The advantages are that there are lots of different ways to communicate by using ICT and they all are very different from each other and have different advantages. ICT is also very quick and often easy to use if you have the correct skills. Disadvantages of ICT = == ==

A cell phone is a small wireless device that has some of the same functions of a standard wired telephone. It is also a smaller device and more mobile. A cell phone is also known as a mobile phone or mobile device. Cell phones are known to have more functions than a standard wired telephone. A subscription to a particular service and a prepaid or a monthly billing setup is required as well.
As evident in Table 3, Wi–Fi is the preferred means of accessing the internet in all regards except for best coverage. With the continued expansion of Wi–Fi networks, this small disadvantage could be entirely mitigated.
Bus topology refers to a local area network (LAN) arrangement where each node or device is connected to a main cable or link called a bus. A bus network is simple yet very reliable. Since nodes themselves are not relied upon for communication, the failure of a single node is not problematic for the rest of the network. For a major issue to occur, there must be a problem with the bus itself.
Without wireless technology people would be tied to one location where they can access internet. People all over the world prefer wireless technology because it is easy, hassle free, and provides more mobility. Such things like wireless power transfer and wirelessly streaming video is something you would see in an 70’s comic book is now becoming prevalent in today’s world. Advances in wireless technology is only just becoming and soon cables will be a thing of the past and a new dawn approach us with faster wireless capabilities than that of fiber optics.
We can connect from many places, which enhances the convenience. I personally find this connection extremely helpful, since it helps me learn things, find out information, and do it all conveniently. Sometimes, when I study for assessments in school, I go online to find information and educational ££££ Wifi has filled our lives with convenience, especially through the
c) Cheaper Internet in Aircrafts: The passengers travelling in aircrafts get access to low speed internet at a very high rate. Also Wi-Fi is not used because it may interfere with the navigational systems of the pilots. In aircrafts Li-Fi can be used for data transmission. Li-Fi can easily provide high speed internet via every light source such as overhead reading bulb, etc. present inside the
As you can see for the most part, people are connecting to wireless from the moment they leave their home till they get to work and then back. Wireless communication definitely provides an advantage over wired networks due to its mobility, allowing users to connect from virtually anywhere.
Wired ones are practically safer. At least as far as interception is concerned. But all about how we used our wired network system. And what types of wire we used. The quite of wire used though, the standard copper wire can be easily manipulated and data packets stolen, optical fibers are way safer though. In one way we cannot be sure of being safe ever. The internet is a rapidly growing field and securing the flow of data is surely getting harder day by day. Wireless is ideal for providing network access in meetings or common areas and can also be used to offer internet access to visitors. There is a number of wireless networking standards too. Try to get a wireless router or acc...
