Today Kazakhstan is one of the well developing countries in the whole world. Since Kazakhstan became independent country in 1991 and from that period many things were significantly changed including of course business environment. The country was developing in terms of such factors as economic, political and legal, demographic, social, competitive, global, and technological. Kazakhstan is in the 9th place by territory and located in Central Asia, and also has access to the Caspian and the Aral Sea where a huge amount of oil has. The neighbors that Kazakhstan has connect are China, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation. In addition, with all these countries Kazakhstan has good relationships in different spheres. As I mentioned above from the moment when Kazakhstan got independence there were a lot of changes, for example, whether before the capital was Almaty then from 1997 the capital of Kazakhstan became Astana. Today Astana is one of the biggest and beautiful cities that attract many tourists to visit Kazakhstan. Talking about language that official is definitely Kazakh and also Russian language is quite widespread that many people can speak free. Furthermore, Kazakhstan possesses a rich selection of mineral reserves as well as numerous oil and gas fields. Kazakhstan’s strategic location in Eurasia has important implications on the country’s economy, politics, and culture which collectively create a favorable business environment for multinational companies. The factors that I would like to write are economic, legal and political.
The first external environment of a business factor is economic that plays a significant role in business. The Republic of Kazakhstan is rich in mineral resources, vast agricu...

...ew political system, take a course on social modernization and human capital development. In recent years, embarked on a systematic industrialization and the introduction of innovative technologies that will enhance the competitiveness of Kazakhstan's economy and its attractiveness to foreign investment. Also, significantly increased the role and responsibility of Kazakhstan in international affairs. Another important thing is in the implementation of strategic priorities given to international partners of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan fully relies on the support and cooperation for the implementation of these tasks, which will contribute to further development of cooperation between our countries and peoples. I hope that Kazakhstan will strongly commit further progressive development of democracy, with an emphasis on decentralization, anti-corruption, and gender equality.

Italo Calvino was an Italian author who wrote a wide variety of stories, such as The Nonexistent Knight and many more. He was a master of postmodern literature which can be seen throughout all his stories, including The Nonexistent Knight. This novella follows Agilulf, a “perfect” yet nonexistent knight, and his acquaintances on quests to seek out their true identity and reveals to us that “where other people exist genuine individuality is never possible.” Through Calvino’s perspective, the perfect individual cannot exist in a world where there is greed, gluttony, lust, and other inimical qualities around him, which ultimately led Agilulf to his doom. Characters in the story cannot achieve that “perfect individuality” that everyone desires, simply because perfection is unattainable, which is depicted through Calvino’s use of satire and postmodern elements. In The Nonexistent Knight, Italo Calvino creates a parodic satire on medieval romances where genuine individuality is not possible, making us question the verisimilitude of the characters in the story through the use of different types of satire, character development, and postmodern themes.

Environmental – External environmental factors are forces or trends that can affect a business whether it is an opportunity, threat, or constraint. They can be divided into three interrelated subcategories of remote, industry, and operating environments. The remote environment includes factors beyond a company’s operating situation such as the economic, social, political, technological, and ecological factors. The industry environment includes factors that have more of a direct influence on a company’s business such as entry barriers, competitor rivalry, the availability of substitutes, and the bargaining power of buyers and suppliers.
Another reason was identity. Napoleon only represented Stalin, and that really brought out his characteristics. Since Napoleon was meant to represent Stalin, all of Stalin’s traits, most of his bad deeds, and events occurred in the book. For example, in Animal Farm, Orwell made Snowball seem smarter than Napoleon, but made Napoleon more powerful. This is true in real life because Lenin was a lot more educated than Stalin, but Stalin ended up with the power (Radinsky 97)
Before the Stalin, the Soviet Union was backward, medieval type country full of unmade roads and people who lived without electricity in wooden homes. The Five Year Plans changed thi...
Despite outstanding long-term market potential, Russia continues to be an extremely difficult country in which to do business. The Russian Federation continues to pursue a program of dramatic economic, political and social transformation. Despite President Yeltsin's successful re-election campaign, continued economic reform remains subject to the influence of the communist controlled State Duma (the Russian parliament). Even the most optimistic scenarios envision a protracted process as Russia continues the task of fashioning a legal foundation for commerce, rationalizing the regulatory and taxation regimes with which businesses must comply, and completing the task of creating from scratch a highly effective and consistent customs administration. The duration and final outcome of this process is still uncertain.
Russia's political institutions remain comparatively weak and political power is highly centralized, particularly at the presidential level, which maintains a dominant presence. Continued government interventions, regulations and an inefficient and corrupt legal system weigh on the cost and pace of doing business in Russia. These factors seriously hinder investment, both foreign and domestic. The corruption is very high and considered one of the most important political factors in Russia, as more than half of the population feels that corruption has increased and that the efforts of the government to reduce its levels are inefficient. (See App.11) The Corruption Perceptions Index placed the country in the lower section of the list (133 of 176 countries) showing the high corruption and bureaucracy in the country. Corruption and deficiencies in the rule of law limit Russia’s FDI potential. The Human development Index of
Businesses play a significant role with the economies of all countries, whether developed or developing. It contributes to the welfare of the society through the satisfaction of needs, provides a source of livelihood to millions of people worldwide. Businesses do not operate in vacuums but operate within business environments. The events in the environment of a company have a direct effect on the success or failure of that company. According to Jain, Trehan and Trehan (2009), business environments can be categorized in two: (1) internal business environment; (2) external business environment. Institutions and organizations are usually in a position of controlling their internal business environment. By doing so, they gain the ability of affecting their institutional performance. On the contrary, it is difficult for a business to control the external environment; however, businesses can identify in advance the opportunities and threats presented by the external environment and take decisive actions to ensure its continued success (Jain, Trehan & Trehan, 2009; Goyal & Goyal, 2009).
The objective of this research is to help a company or an entrepreneur understand the business environment better as well as customers’ needs and, therefore, make better business decisions.

THE POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT: The critical concern Political environment has a very important impact on every business operation no matter what its size, its area of operation. Whether the company is domestic, national, international, large or small political factors of the country it is located in will have an impact on it. And the most crucial & unavoidable realities of international business are that both host and home governments are integral partners. Reflected in its policies and attitudes toward business are a governments idea of how best to promote the national interest, considering its own resources and political philosophy. A government control's and restricts a company's activities by encouraging and offering support or by discouraging and banning or restricting its activities depending on the government. Here steps in international law. International law recognizes the right of nations to grant or withhold permission to do business within its political boundaries and control its citizens when it comes to conducting business. Thus, political environment of countries is a critical concern for the international marketer and he should examine the salient features of political features of global markets they plan to enter. THE SOVEREIGNITY OF NATIONS From the international laws point of view a sovereign state is independent and free from external control; enjoys full legal equality; governs its own territory; selects its own political, social, economic systems; and has the power to enter into agreements with other nations. It is extension of national laws beyond a country's borders that much of the conflict in international business arises. Nations can and do abridge s...
