As a professional I have identified several position in the field of public health which I have drawn interest in. With high goals and inspirations to obtain the ideal job with an agency hard work and knowledge remains key. Research for new insights and innovative solutions to environmental problems Among the core functions and essential services I would fit within the core function of assessment, and both core functions. As my desire is to obtain a position within an entry level community educator position. It would be pertinent within this position to know, control, prevent communicable diseases, and educate individual’s communities, and groups about good health in order to be able to promote healthy lifestyle choices and mitigate health risks. Entry Level Career Goals An entry level position is a position in which we as new graduates are faced with at the time of graduation. This type of position is a job in which is typically designed for recent graduates in which doesn’t require experience in the field of choice or profession. As I approach closer to graduation I have begun to job seek to prepare myself for the importance of what would be necessary to place me above other applicants. An epidemiologist is one whom studies the causes and effects of health disease conditions among the population, more of a detective of diseases. I have begun taking the necessary steps by completing my bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and the last step would be to obtain my Doctoral degree.
