We all need to spend money when we do not work anymore. There are many kinds of saving such as on buying stock, bank interest or even on the property. As a self-employ, we have to work harder than other as it's our business and no one will work as good as the owner. Investing money, entrepreneurial ventures, and savings are just some of the ways that can secure a brighter future. Investments can workout well in some situations. You invest in something or somebody, and receive more back. Many companies and businesses use this technique to make their money grow. Now not all businesses are successful, but it does not hurt to try.
There has been a large amount of attention paid to the subject of entrepreneurship in the last few years; mainly because most people have chosen to go from working for somebody else, to be their own bosses and work for their dreams. Nevertheless, many still wonder what is entrepreneurship and what is that sets entrepreneurs apart from other regular business owners. At first, it seems both concepts do not differ much from each other since they both start up and run businesses and assume risks to pursue opportunities; however, there are certain traits that difference them.
I have learned that it seems no matter whom the entrepreneur is, they always go through hard financial times at some point. College students, who dropped out to pursue their dreams, founded many tech companies. Much of what this is telling me is that if I want to be a successful entrepreneur I have to be willing to take great financial risks and have a great idea that I believe in. To me it sounds like great risks provide great rewards, and that entrepreneurship is a gamble. I believe that skills with entrepreneurship can easily be translated to real life and sometimes you have to just take a risk and hope for the best.
The word entrepreneur was derived to describe the people who “take on risk” or “undertake” a task such as starting a new venture. Entrepreneurship is defined as the process by which individuals pursue opportunities without regard to resources they currently control. With the job market flooded with graduates and post graduates, entrepreneurs can help reduce or even solve unemployment in the country. Entrepreneurs can also introduce advanced technologies and equipment which can help in the country’s development. Private organizations are more innovative and with the increase in the number of entrepreneurs, more new innovations can take place in the country. Another reason why more number of entrepreneurs should be encouraged is due to new business ideas, the society and the country is greatly benefited. Business such as waste management can not only help the entrepreneurs in making fair amount of profit but they can as well benefit the society by helping them keep the environment
Risk-taking is one of the chief dimensions of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs are found to be more risk takers than the managers and salaried employees, such that, they are willing to put their homes on mortgage, jobless and can work for years without any earning (Burns, 2011; Masters & Meier, 1988). According to (Moore & Gergen, 1985), entrepreneurs always take calculate risk and always analyse the situation. Cognitive Psychology supports that the risk taking ability is just limited to their area of expertise (Sjöberg, 1978, Heath & Tversky, 1991). According to (Heath & Tversky, 1991), entrepreneurs take more risk in the area of their interest and expertise and not in those area, they have little knowledge about. But even then also, they take more risk than general population.
Being an entrepreneur, is advanced citizenship, you have to want it real bad. Entrepreneur is not entitlement. Being an entrepreneur is a life commitment. Like in the movie Wall Street, a famous line was "You can 't be a little bit pregnant." The fact is you can 't be an on again, off again entrepreneur.
Many people dream of becoming entrepreneurs someday. But it made me realize that there other factors that needs to be taken into consideration. We need to ask ourselves are we ready to take the challenge to the outside world. Not everyone have the vision, innovation and creativity to become an entrepreneur. The individual must have a positive attitude and accept the responsibility, have discipline to meet their goals, and take action when the opportunity presents itself. Many prefer a job security and rely on a weekly paycheck, while entrepreneurs will take risks and doesn 't have that luxury to know the amount of their income.
Entrepreneurship is a key driver of our economy, wealth and the majority of jobs are created through entrepreneurship, and it also helps and educates people in terms of growth and realizing opportunities (Nolan, 2003). Entrepreneurship is also seen as one of the important contributing factor to local development (Nolan, 2003).
I think of an entrepreneur as someone that has started a business to take advantage of a market opportunity. They are leaders who are courageous, they are willing to take risks and exercise initiative. Entrepreneurs are innovative and often develop disruptive products or ideas.
In my conclusion, it is very important to save for the beneficiary of the upcoming future. Simply setting aside a percentage of the income received each paycheck will be the backbone to an unexpected situation. Emergency reasons, retirement, and luxury spending can all be obtained if one is mindful of their spending. Money is the biggest cause of stress in America today and mindful everyday spending can lead one to experience real financial freedom. The earlier an individual begins to save in life, the more financially stable they will be in their
