1. what we consume has nutrients and vitamins that we can use for energy. We need energy to function and to live. In red bull, it has sucrose and glucose that are sugars that we will use for energy.
2. People might perceive that they have more energy after consuming caffeine because there nerves will be more responsive. They will think they do, however that does not mean they have more energy. Coffee/tea is an example of this.
