Brigid O’Shaughnessy, Phyllis Nordlinger, Walter Huff, and Helen Grayle are my top nominees for Employee of Eternity, they will be wonderful asset to Hell,Inc. and its mission. They all are similar in the fact that they have committed murdered, a large portion of their cause is due to money or to get what they want, and then they have to cover up what they did. With the women, their similarities are their immaculate skills in seducing, manipulating, and lying, using their bodies and looks to get men to kill for them or protect them from the law. With Walter, his difference is pure remorse and you will not see that with any of the female candidates they truly have never felt bad for murdering someone. The final difference in my nominees is Phyllis whom is not necessarily evil, but completely psychotic in believing she is death and it is the only one she has ever loved, she is the only choice that desires and utterly pleasures in causing death. I will further review each choice and their personal sins along with details that could qualify them.
The Maltese Falcon’s Brigid O’Shaughnessy is a prime choice for candidate number one with her seducing and evil ways. Her character is deceiving because she portrays herself as sweet and innocent as long as she can, but that is far from true. First, she seduces Floyd Thursby adding him as a partner in hunting down the falcon, in the end getting him killed. Sadly Sam Spade falls into her trap and is used for her personal body-guard and information source concerning the falcon. Moving on from Spade to the captain of the ship, which she previously seduced and hid the falcon with, who is sho...

..., Helen Grayle is my favorite and I feel she would bring so much demonic presence to Hell, Inc. she did not murder any children. Therefore I must award the position to Phyllis Nordlinger. The choice was not easy but Phyllis is dedicated to death and the values of evil. I can gladly say she qualifies for every aspect of Hell, Inc. plus adding the perfect psychopathic essence.

The three women associated with murderess row all killed a man. Kitty killed a night watchman, Belva killed her lover (not specified as her official boyfriend), and Beulah killed her lover (she was in an affair with a man she met at a laundromat). These women were part of women taking charge as a result of sexism in the 20’s.
“Meet You In Hell” is a book written by Les Strandiford, about the rivaling “bittersweet partnership” between the two founding fathers of the American iron and steel industry, by the names of Andrew Carnegie and Henry Clay Frick who were both successful business men that depended on one another to climb the cooperate ladder in the American steel industry, they appeared to be an interesting dynamic duo until a series of events that occurred resulted in a furious rivalry between the two.
For starters, imagine the most flawless and pristine character, and then multiply that by ten. Then and only then can you get the inerrant Cathy Ames. Well, Miss Ames is the ideal model of perfection, an angel fallen from heaven. She grew up in a really crappy town, not really knowing the difference between “good” and “evil”. Some children at a very young age understand that public nudity is very taboo, but she didn’t. In fact everything that the other children found wrong she found curious and intriguing. She started to experience a lot of things at a very young age, thus waking a kind of twisted way of thinking that couldn’t be overwritten even with the best of therapy. Her understanding of people’s emotions, carnal desires, and greed gave her the utmost advantage. Later, over the years of her youth she use those said advantages in her favor. In the middle of one night she had disappeared, that was the same night...
I chose Mary because she is young, she is probably fertile, and her artistic abilities may contribute to the morale of the others. If they are in good spirits they are more likely to survive.
Each character has a distinct personality, but understanding them, the reader develops an opinion as to if said character is capable of committing the crime. Both women put up a strong and somewhat cold front, however, they are easily swayed by their emotions and haunting past. "It was no good trying not to think of Hugo. He was close to her. She had to think of him - to remember…"(Christie 79) Vera Claythorne constantly thought about her initial crime, her guilt built up so much that her mental state deteriorated. This factor makes it difficult to perceive Claythorne as the mastermind; although she 's a very smart woman, her inability to think straight and shake off the guilt from her former felony, makes her an unlikely suspect for murder of the nine before her. Mary Debenham reflects that emotional instability as well, however, she is capable of

In Dashiell Hammett’s novel The Maltese Falcon Sam Spade exerts a strong male dominance over the main female characters. These three female characters; Effie Perine, Iva Archer, and Brigid O'Shaughnessy along with the foreign Cairo are viewed by Sam Spade, through a patriarchal, misogynist lens because he is fearful and distrustful of them.
I have chosen Saint Cathrine of Alexandria for my Confirmation Saint. Catherine of Alexadria is my choice because she loved God with all her heart and soul. She was known for her beauty, brains, and nobel birth. I can relate to Catherine because as I go through process of confirmation to accept God. We share the same age and love for God. She was brave at a young age and was confident enough to stand up for her beliefs, and was committed to God.
The devil was the worse, forcing Tom to do what he wants him to do just so he can be rich. Killing his wife and wrapping her heart and liver in her apron? That is gross.
The false hero - Definitely the field mouse. I assumed that he would be the one that would help her (which he did do), then he somehow got abrasive when Tiny didn't entertain the idea of marrying the mole. Also, he threatened her.
