There are hundreds, if not thousands, of rappers in the United States. If one scrolled through the list of all rappers in the US, he/she would not recognize more than, at the most, 10% of the names on the list. Why is that? Why are there so many names on the list, but many of their names are not familiar to the majority of people? This is because, they are not considered, “great.” While there are many rappers, to be considered a “great.” Consequently he/she must possess three very important qualities, that all successful rappers hold. One of the many skills a rapper must possess in order to be considered great, is the ability to tell stories in their lyrics. Even his haters can not disagree that Eminem has some pretty impressive rhyming skills.
