Elias Speech Analysis

CW Holland made initial contact with Elias at Lyman Elementary. Present was Elias Speech Therapist Ms. DeYoung.

Elias commented that he was a big boy and that he was very fast. He commented that he likes to run from his mom. Elias stated that he runs from his mom because he does not like mom. He commented that she beats his "ass". He commented that he is hit with a belt and hand. He commented that he like his dad because is not mean because he gives him his cell phone. Elias lives with Angele, Sissy, Jovanny, his mom and dad. He stated that he sleeps in his bed with Angel. He stated that his mom, dad and sissy sleeps in a bed. He stated that sissy has her own bed. He denied that anyone else beats his “ass”. He denied getting marks and bruises when he gets his butt whooped. He stated that mommy makes dinner. He stated that he likes when she make chicken nuggets in the microwave. He stated that his dad drinks beer and he goes to sleep. He commented that it is at night. He stated that when his dad is sleep he jumps on his dad and wakes him up. He denied that his mom drinks beer. He commented that his mom cleans the house and she has a broom. He stated that he rides the bus to and from school. He stated that he goes to the doctor a lot. He commented he goes to get his medicine. Elias knows where his private parts are and denied sexual abuse.

DeYoung walked Elias back to class.

Ms. DeYoung talked to CW and stated that Elias is in speech with her. He is a very truthful. She commented that the bus driver told her that mom usually curse him out. Elias is in a self-contained class but higher learning. She commented that Elias is very attainment that he is getting his “ass”
