Have you heard about the Mexican drug cartels? In the fallowing paragraphs I will tell you about one drug cartels and its leader. His name is Joaquin Guzman, better known as El Chapo. As you may be aware, he was recently arrested for his major role in the drug cartels. It has been suggested that El Chapo be transferred to the state penitentiary in Florence, Colorado. The penitentiary in Florence holds the world’s most dangerous felons, including serial killers, drug dealers, and mass murderers. The extradition of El Chapo could be expensive and time consuming.
