Introduction
Stress effect the employee’s physical health as well as mental health. Stress also effect the employee’s way of living, his\her job performance; reduce employee’s confident, skills and abilities. Stress produce through different factors, these factors include social factors, environmental factors, personal factors, and also political factors. If you experience stress over a prolonged period of time, it could become chronic. When stress starts interfering with your ability to live a normal life for an extended period, it becomes even more dangerous. The longer the stress lasts, the worse it is for both your mind and body.

Chronic stress: comes progressively based on nature of problem, may not feel as intense for example: Losing your mother after her long battle with breast cancer can cause prolonged stress responses in your body. For months after her death, you may struggle to balance the need to process emotions such as anger, grief, and loneliness.

Mental health refers to our cognitive, and/or emotional wellbeing - it is all about how we think, feel and behave. Mental health, if somebody has it, can also mean an absence of a mental disorder. Approximately 25% of people in the UK have a mental health problem during their lives. The USA is said to have the highest incidence of people diagnosed with mental health problems in the developed world.
