The filmmaker’s intent is mainly to inform people of the dangers of too much sugar, but it also talks about the fat’s in our diets and the food corporation shadiness. Today 7 percent of people have diabetes, whereas in 1980 only 3 percent had the disease. Research suggests that sugar may very well cause diseases that kill hundreds of thousands of Americans every year.
