On May 22, 2018, at approximately 1540 hours, Investigator Mems went to the Children’s Protection Center located at 1210 Wolfe Street Little Rock, AR. The interview was conducted by “Lisette” with CPC, and present during the interview was Karma Young (10 yr. old Juvenile).
