Duggar babies: Life and memories are precious, so why the negative feedback?

The Duggar family, especially all the recently born babies in the family, is topping the charts with their cute smiles, birth announcements, adorable poses and outfits being shared by their loving parents. Jessa Seewald, Jill Dillard and Anna Duggar are no different from any other parent on the planet when it comes to taking photos of their children. As soon as a baby is born parents want to capture every possible moment they can and add those snapshots to their albums to keep for posterity. Babies grown up so fast it can be hard to catch all those special times you spend with them on film. Isn’t it odd that when a non-celebrity family posts dozens upon dozens of

photos of their children on the array of social media sites they get all the responses parents want to hear? It is strange through, that if you are a parent in the limelight those same reactions from others aren’t the same and contain lots of negative feedback and jump to conclusions before knowing the actual facts of how things transpired. Would you want to share a photo of your baby if you knew there would be more negative comments than positive ones that make you a proud parent?
There are so many negative people in the world today. For no apparent reason they feel it is their duty to put down every act, story, action and make harsh comments on photos that get posted just because they can. Maybe they have had a hard life or could it be they are cold-hearted and can’t see anything nice or positive in the world, no one knows for sure, but it seems crazy that hate, negative comments and criticism takes over actions, sharing of photos and news stories more than the actual contents of the pieces being shared with the world.
The Duggar family has met up with so of these naysayers in the past and continue to draw more negativity towards minor incidents that shouldn’t even been considered. Currently Jessa and Ben Seewald are being accused of immodesty over their son, Spurgeon’s latest photo. Spurgeon’s chubby little baby legs are unclothed. There are millions of photos in the world of parents taking photos and videos of their children prancing around in nothing more than a diaper, their legs are exposed too. No one seems to remember that back in the day they didn’t have social media sites to post photos, videos and ways to share little updates about their children online. There wasn’t any online and today everyone is on the internet sharing tons of photos with family, friends and the world. Someone mentioned that this is wrong because they are a modest family and there may be ill feelings from Spurgeon when he is a teenager or older adult if he sees a photo of himself with his legs barred to the world when he was an infant. This is doubtful. How is it so different from having a photo taken at an older age when he wears shorts or a bathing suit, he’s legs will be exposed then too? So why the upheaval of negative remarks over Jessa and Ben’s photo of their son, it makes no sense at all!
Earlier in the year a photo of Israel was posted with Jill and Derrick Dillard. It was a cute photo of the three of them together. No one seemed to see the love in their eyes, how happy Jill looked or tired Derrick appears or even how much their son has grown. All anyone saw in that photo was a tiny black and blue mark on Israel’s forehead. For no reason at all people are complaining and writing negative comments to the photo posting that Jill and Ben aren’t good parents. No one has any actual proof they aren’t doing the best job of caring, loving and providing for his best interests and welfare like any other parent would do with a small child in tow. Is it possible that no one in the world had a son or daughter that slipped and fell and bumped their heads? It is highly unlikely. If they look through their own photo album they might be surprised to see a bruise, cut, scrape or bump on photos of their own children. Are those minor and childhood injuries better and acceptable more so than the small one Israel had showing on his forehead? It is very doubtful, children get bumps and bruises all the time, no parent can be there for every single little slip a child makes every time. Maybe he was playing, children seem to put everything in their mouths, is it possible that he grabbed a plastic block to bite on and accidently bumped himself in the head with it. Babies are fragile and show minor injuries much faster since their skin is thin than an older child or adult. Guess no one ever thought of the playing tactics children have when engrossed in their toys and not what is around them or realize that if they toss something in the air and look up it might cause a bruise until it hits them. Why have so many people forgotten what it was like when they had little ones crawling around the house?

What is the big deal? Yes, the older Duggar girls always wear dressed of below the knee length. Anna’s baby isn’t a young lady, teenager or adult, why does she need to follow the dress code at her infant age? There isn’t a reason for it except that it provides fodder for negative people to take action on and feel their comments are important and matter when they really just get ignored for being ignorant for saying silly things. Could the day have been cold when she was wearing those cute little pants? Can anyone remember back in the good old days when girls didn’t wear pants at all to school, church or family functions? Many grew up this way but that didn’t mean parents didn’t have pants to put on their babies when they were little tots to keep them completely covered from the cold or just so they wouldn’t get rug burns on their knees when they started crawling. Snow pants were very common and still are in some areas. Is it wrong to wear these if you are part of the Duggar family? Some may thing so and that isn’t right to judge especially when the child in question is still too young to even talk or walk yet. What is everyone thinking or do they when they add remarks to photos and videos the family shares? Would you have enjoyed hearing nothing but bad remarks and negative thoughts every time you shared a photo or your child, the answer is simple, absolutely not, so why do it to others when it wouldn’t be nice for it to be done to you? Guess there is no answer to that one either. Curious minds want to know if you dare to answer in a positive manner if one can why all the little details of the Duggar’s lives seem to affect so many people personally. The Duggar’s do have a large family although the millions of fans, viewers and haters in the world aren’t related to them so why is it necessary to rip them apart at every corner when all they want to do is share some

photos, videos and moments in their lives with family, friends and true fans in updates in social media to build a photo and memory book like so many others have and are still doing with their own families?Remember how you would feel if you received the same feedback the next time you share a photo of your child for all to see!
