I'm honestly not feelings any kind of way because I believe that Donald Trump could be a good president it's just his ideas that he have in mind are reckless. The people around us are being frightened because the things he say although they might not happen because he's not the one who makes the rules/ laws it's the congress who does people still feel threatened. I believe that people should love who they want to love same sex or not. They shouldn't have to worry about being separated from their mate.
CNN.com states “a divided Supreme Court on Friday ruled that same-sex couples can marry nationwide, establishing a new civil right…” This law is showing that people that want same-sex marriage have the opportunity to have what makes them happy. It also is a right that everyone has, the right to happiness. (cnn.com) CNN.com states “Well I say God is the ultimate. You know you look at this? Trump said, motioning toward an oceanfront golf course that bears his name.” This quote shows that everyone has the ideal of rights, and are allowed to say what they want because of the right to freedom of speech and everyone is allowed to have whatever religion they want because of the right to freedom of religion.
The United States of America, as a whole, has pushed for rights and equality for any and all people. Gay rights and racial equality have received an ample amount of support as well as opposition. Even bringing up the other side’s argument may cause a debate in almost any environment. Today, Americans are easily offended by things that don’t agree with what they believe. America is full of passionate people who always have a cause to fight for or against. Gay marriage has been opposed countless times on local, state, and national levels. “Almost two- thirds of Republicans oppose the Supreme Court’s backing of gay marriage, according to Reuters/Ipsos Poll ” (Reuters). Even though another online survey stated that “more than half of Americans support it,” they still
People of LGBT community keep on facing numerous discrimination and hatred from our society throughout their life. Our society is often unknown and ignorant about the right of LGBT community, therefore, confused about how to respect or welcome them into our society. Because of our unfamiliarity and of lack of knowledge about this LGBT community, sometimes, our occasional effort to respect this community turns into a discriminatory statement towards that community. For instance, our president Donald J. Trump’s statement on LGBT society just points a finger on us of how much we actually know about this society when he states, “There can be no discrimination against gays. I’m against gay marriage”. It shows how confuse we are about the rights of LGBT society that even our president couldn’t make it clear whether he is against discrimination or against the equality of this particular society. There are several other instances when our view on this society as a monstrous one creates many societal discriminations. In many instances, LGBT couples don't offer to enjoy the societal advantages like any other opposite-sex married couples, and consequently, go through several societal discriminations and denied many societal rights and justices. Furthermore, in
In conclusion, same sex marriage is not a problem; the problem is how we can live together with it. I’m a Christian so basically, I don’t support gay marriage but when I think about human right, I feel it is not a dangerous problem for us. If they love each other, let them marry and they will solve that problem by themselves. Who knows after gay law is passed, no one want to marry with same sex person any more. So just let it is solve by itself.
Donald Trump is a highly successful business titan, real estate mogul, reality television personality, and now a 2016 presidential candidate. Since announcing his candidacy this past June, he has been very loquacious on his views pertaining to foreign policy. He takes a very realist approach when addressing these issues. His views are very much in line with the belief that the international political arena is not dominated by altruistic ideologies, but rather nation-states that are self-interested. His foreign policy platform centers on using hard power to achieve America’s goals in the Middle East and to eradicate illegal immigration.
Currently, only 13 countries offer rights for members of the LGBT community. Within those countries, few offer equal rights such as health care, marriage rights, and adoption to LGBT members. Many people around the globe would agree that these rights, along with all other rights granted to heterosexuals, should not be granted to these members of the LGBT community. One prevalent notion is that being gay, or being included in the LGBT community, is unnatural. This notion is simply incorrect; everyone, no matter their gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation does, in fact, deserve the same liberties as their heterosexual counterparts. Being a member of the LGBT community has no negative effect on the lives of others unless those people view heterosexuality in a negative light, allowing it to bedevil them, and ultimately change the way they live their life. Being gay is completely natural. Though some would argue that homosexuality is unnatural, others would disagree, being that research has been conducted. The conclusion was that the way people think and feel towards others is s...
The Life and Legacy of Donald Trump Donald John Trump was born in Queens, New York on June 14, 1946 (Ask Men 3). The fourth child of Fred and Mary-Anne Trump, Donald was born into wealth and prosperity. His family operated a profitable New York real estate developing company, specializing in middle-income housing, Elizabeth Trump & Sons (Biography 2). Trump was an energetic child and was sent to military school during his teen years to learn to disciple (Ask Men 5). He succeeded at The New York Military Academy and became a star student, football, baseball, and soccer player (Encyclopedia of World Biography 2).
I also hope that he does not complicate the life of immigrates and black people in this nation so that they can live a tranquil life and be able to be free as any white people or American citizen. As we know Trump did not win on popularity vote of America instead his winning votes was deducted in Electoral College votes. I had many friends planning to go back to their countries and some just trying find another place to live because they believe the United States is going to be the worst place to live, and while they all talked I just looked at them like and tell them “you do not have to run away, instead they should find to help the country and the community we live in” I told them that because I do not we need to rely on the president to help the society or community we live, and people as community can do something to help the nation, starting community and even though the president elected was not who they may expect to be, there is no way to change that anymore, so people need to have positive thoughts about the new present. Because the government must work for the people, making sure everything is good for them and their necessities are being taken care of, we need to trust him and give him the opportunity to show that America was wrong and he can actually do something good as a president, and see what he is going to do to make “America greater” as he said he will in all his campaign and debates. I pray that we won’t build any wall, deport people who are here working hard for a better life just from not being American, thus, we need to have faith in our heavenly God and whether or not a Trump’s supporter, we need to make sure the government work for all the people in the
America has feared that different religions would clash coming into one nation, but now the majority of religions coexist in American without harm. Whites previously owned Black and Hispanic slaves, but the nation overcame the odds and now people of all colors have protection as equals. If it is possible to overcome such fierce obstacles, then surely the nation can again can overcome the boundary obstructing LGBT rights and marriages. Evolution will forever continue and at any given point in time, something else will occur that is against the norm, but humans have the ability can overcome it. Most believe there is one person out there to love us, and gay people feel the same way; gender is not a defining factor to love. LGBT equality is a controversial issue that people have been fighting for decades and more recently the debates have gained popularity, so it is time to take charge of
American wanted him to be president so here you go Donald Trump will be in office coming January 2017. Do I think he should be president? No but did I want Hilary to be president? Hell no! Donald Trump is wrong in so many ways when he says things but I will rather have that then someone I feel owes lots of people in this world many of favors. Honestly the only thing I like about Trump is that he is somewhat a businessman. I know everyone says it but it’s honestly true, the guy is good at what he does. I fell though as in since America is in tremendous debt Trump can use his businessman ability to dig us out of this hole that we are in or he can just possibly make it worst. I don’t think everyone wants to give him a chance to actually prove
President Trump is launching an aggressive campaign fueled by government deregulation which is “the removal or scaling down a regulatory authority of government.” Deregulation is a politically motivated measure used to reduce government intervention particularly in business. The concept of deregulation has been politically popular enacted in several previous administrations not limited to Ronald Reagan and George H.W Bush where it took effect in various industries that include the financial, commercial and railroad sectors. Deregulation contrasts with regulation where laws are designed to push forth public policy setting rules of conducts for both citizens and private enterprises.
As this election 2000 is coming, each candidate is working very hard. They are doing debates, electoral campaigns all over the country in order to get more popular votes and therefore get the electoral votes they need to be the next president of the United States. In all of the inquiries that the media did in most of the states, Al Gore seems to be the favorite one, because he knows what he is doing, he has enough experience to rule our country, and he also has very interesting positions in the issues that he proposed to the American people.
Donald Trump is known for his eccentricity and unconventional businesses practices. He exhibits an unconventional leadership style. Donald Trump started early to develop his personal brand, this is exhibited by every piece of real estate Mr. Trump owns. Every casino, building or golf course has his name on it. He is eccentric, powerful, but yet he makes very smart business decisions. He is also a risk taker. All these business skills have made him a very well recognized business leader, and one of the nations most known billionaires. Donald Trump has appeared in many magazines, has written a couple of books, and even gotten his own show on NBC called “The Apprentice”. But what makes Donald Trump successful in almost every endeavor he takes on? Was he born a leader? or did he just become a great leader. There are certain characteristics common in all leaders. Some of those are values, skills and cognitive abilities. Mr. Trump exhibits all of these traits. If this is what has made him as successful as he is, why are certain leaders not able to achieve his type of success? Perhaps he has something extra that has propelled him above everybody else. Everything that he touches seems to turn to gold. Donald Trump’s leadership styles have made him rich, powerful, famous and known through out the world. This paper will examine some of those leadership styles.
I feel the ideal candidate for President should have strong military knowledge and at least some military experience. I believe he or she should be fair, strong and posses compassion. I support missile defense systems and homeland defense forces incase of an intrusion, but I believe there should be more training, the kind of training that the military have never encountered before. The president elect must be able to delegate power to train and equip troops properly and put them under proper rotations. Keeping the American people free and safe is of great importance. In my opinion, war should always be the last option, but I understand that sometimes there is no choice.
The treatment of the LGBT community in American Society is a social injustice. What most people think is that they just want to be able to marry one another and be happy but that’s not it. They want to be treated like humans and not some weird creatures that no one has ever seen before. They want to be accepted for who them are and not what people want them to be and they deserve the right to be who they are just the same as any other human being. After all the discrimination they have endured they should be allowed to be who they are and be accepted as equals just like people of different skin color did in the times of segregation. We have a long way to go as a country but being the greatest country in the world in the eyes of many great America will make big steps to make things fair.
