Donald Trump is furious because his travel ban was blocked by a judge in Washington.Trump said on twitter that “See you in court ,The security of our nation is at stake!.”He’s saying that he wants to go to court and he is worried about our nation's security. Another reason is he is upset that his travel ban was blocked. “It's a political decision, that we're going to see them in court, and I look forward to doing that,¨Trump told reporters in the White House Thursday. ¨It's a decision that we'll win, in my opinion, very easily.”He believes that his

The Government of the United States, going against Mr.Padilla’s Constitutional rights and not providing him an opportunity to contest the legality of his detention, comprises the value of the Government’s accountability as a law-abiding state. In this particular case, it appears that government officers, including the president, believe that they should be able to do what is against pre-existing laws, if it is necessary to the preservation of the state and its citizens. However, this view raises some serious problems. If committed to a principle Rule of Law, one should never expect the government to act in an illegal way. The Rule of Law refers to “an end state in which all individuals and institutions, public and private, and the state itself are held accountable to the law, which is supreme” (Rule, n.d.). Therefore, the Rule of Law states, that every citizen is subject to the law, including the lawmakers themselves. All government officers of the States, including the president, the Justice of the Supreme Court, and all members of Congress, pledge to uphold the Constitution; affirming that the Rule of Law is superior to the rule of any human leader (Vile, 2006).

To impel, Trump’s travel ban is flat out illegal. This is in accordance with The Immigration Act of 1965 which was summarized by The New York Times as follows “The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 banned all discrimination against immigrants on the basis
As a result from extreme hard work and perseverance followed by an unmatchable drive to succeed, Donald J. Trump has earned the right to be known as a multi-billionaire, real estate icon, and President of the United States of America. Reflecting on his life, he has faced many challenges and overcame them all. To understand how he rose to success and his journey to the top of the kingpin, it is important to recognize how he saw the american dream and pursued it. Today, many recognize him as the president but very few can fully grasp all that he has done in his life. From his start as a real estate mogul, to his impact on media, there are many questions as to how he became so recognizable today.
On November 12, 2015 Donald Trump gave a speech in Fort Dodge at a community college. In this speech he talks about borders in the United States and how we have such relaxed borders compared to any other country, where you get fined a lot of money, prison time or even killed for crossing their borders illegally. While, in America you get a job, healthcare, and education, Trump believes that 's why we are in debt. Illegal immigrants, also can have babies in America and they automatically become legal citizens and Donald Trump call them "anchor babies".
FOX reports were in favor of Trump's idea because it would make America more secure. Security of the nation is a significant factor to the FOX network as is evident in one article titled "Trump Doubles Down on Vow to Bar Muslims" by Christopher Snyder. In the article, Snyder backs up Trump's statement against Muslims by adding some context to the infamous remark. Snyder added phrases from Trump, such as "You're going to have many more World Trade Centers if you don't solve it -- many, many more and probably beyond the World Trade Center," aiming to take away some of the racializations behind Trumps' words (Snyder, 2015). Another article from FOX written by Dana Blanton, argues that the attack in San Bernardino, California that killed fourteen people was the motive for Trump to make these statements as the couple who carried out the attack were Muslim (Blanton, 2015). This addition to the news article promotes the idea that Trump's proposed policy would do well at reducing terrorism by Muslims. Lastly, in a FOX interview with Bill O'Reilly, Donald Trump said the ban on Muslims entering the United States "is about security, it's not about religion" (Trump Says Vow, 2015). From this, it appears that FOX News does also racialize Muslims by assuming that most are inherently terrorists wishing to harm
Ever since the fall, mankind has had a voracious desire for power and influence. People witness this desire within the walls of the Capitol Building when the media exposes backroom deals. It also springs up whenever a politician uses a podium to persuade people that he makes the world work. Politicians possibly rely on persuasion because they crave the power. However, persuasion is a manipulative, unBiblical tactic of forcing others to accept a point of view by all means necessary.
The United States of America is known as the nation of freedom, a place to make dreams come true, and where equal rights are followed. However, our education in history shows a different perspective. The citizens have had a complicated time convincing the mind of Congress on modifying the rights of the people. Before, women could not vote to choose the future of America, yet after many marches, the women who rose up to speak with great fervor accomplished their goal of making it possible for women to vote. The Presidential Election is a time for people to vote for the leader of the country. As I turn 18 yrs old, I have the opportunity to vote for this country’s future. What led me to the desire of voting was hearing Donald Trump’s negative
