Donald Trump
Donald Trump is not only one of the world’s richest men, but one of its most recognizable. Despite a privileged upbringing, he did not inherit anything, and went on to fame and fortune thanks to his business accomplishments and natural instincts.
Donald Trump, born in June, 14 1946, in Queens, New York, is the fourth of five children of Frederick C. and Mary Macleod Trump (Mortiz, 1987, p.23). His father was a builder and real estate developer who specialized in constructing and operating middle-inome apartments in the Queens, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. Donald was a round, fleshy baby, filled with energy (Tuccille, 1986, p.34). He was a bright kid who did well in most of his subjects, but he enjoyed squirting soda and flinging erasers at teachers more than studying for exams. His parents sent him off to New York Military Academy at age thirteen, hoping that school would set him straight. He did well at the academy, socially and academically. Donald’s best friend during his early years of school was his two-year younger brother, Robert. He did not look up to his older brother Freddie, rather he saw him as someone to compete with for his fathers throne, which he knew was already his. His oldest sister, Maryanne, acted like a mother towards him rather than an older sister (Mortiz, 1987, p.36)
During his summer breaks, Donald would work with his father and later join the company. He impressed his father with his quick mind and natural instinct. During that time, his father announced the start of a 3,000-unit apartment complex to be built on 40 acres in Coney Island (O’Donnel, 1991, p.67). Donald practically lived at the construction site when he was not attending school at the New York Military Academy in 1964 as a honor cadet four out of five years there (O’Donnel, 1991, p.73) He was expected to attend college before going to work with his father fulltime. The college of his choice was Fordham College located in the Northern section of the Bronx. While attending school there, he wanted to stay off campus as much as possible; there fore he did not join any social clubs or fraternities. At age eighteen he had learned a lot about real estate, he wanted to put his studies behind to work with his father. However his father insisted that he obtain a degree, something he never did. Donald Trump, the current President of the United States, is a villain at heart. Due to his lack of empathy, his greed for power, and because President Trump is immoral which are all characteristics of a villain. After the devastating hurricane hit Puerto Rico, Donald Trump tweeted about how Puerto Rico “owed billions of dollars” to “Wall Street banks” which “must be dealt with”(Donald Trump). Exemplifying Trump's lack of empathy, instead of offering his condolences or support, Trump sent out tweets about Puerto Rico’s lack of infrastructure and surplus of debt. Another characteristic of a villain is greed, and Trump is extremely open about it. The President was quoted at a rally in Iowa saying “I like Money. I’m very greedy. I have always

He may just seem like another rapper to you but if you actually listen to his lyrics you can see he’s not like any rapper out there. His name is Kanye West and he was born in Chicago Illinois. He grew up in the “ghetto” and learned to appreciate life. He didn’t learn to really, truly appreciate life until October of 2002. Driving back to his hotel late one night after a recording session, the new-coming rap/hip-hop artist was involved in a devastating, near fatal car accident. The crash left him with a broken jaw in three places and an appreciation for life. Just weeks after being released from the hospital he recorded his first major hit, “Through the Wire,” with his mouth still wired shut. He records every song like its going to be his last song and that makes every song better than the last. He’s not only a rap artist but also a producer. He has been responsible for being behind songs like Jay-Z’s Izzo, Girls, Girls, Girls, The Takeover, and 03 Bonnie and Clyde.
“The beauty of me is that I am very rich” according to Donald Trump. His ignorance has lead him to do things that he shouldn’t being doing or has done. In the past few months he has been racist man that would insult people that are from a different race. When Trump started running for president he would insult and bully everybody in general not knowing the people’s stories. He made people seem like they are poor and have nothing to live for, Trump’s inability to see past his greed. He wants to separate the United States and wants people to think he is the best of the best; Trump should not be President.

We are all human, we all deserve
This created much disbelief and shock across the grid. To summarize his entire presidential campaign in one word, it would simply be “different”. It is worth noting that Trump has taken an extreme approach against what is normally expected, and that resulted in one of the most divided political stances up to date. “David Robinson, who performed a statistical analysis of the President-elect's Twitter account in August, said Mr. Trump's tendency to tweet like an "entertainer" meant he was able to garner the “interest" of the American people, which in turn boosted his chances of election success”(Independent.co.uk 1). His appeal to emotion has personally benefited himself to the point where he remained a key subject of interest throughout the entire election. Whether or not he was favored, he was the most focused on topic for widespread

Trump had a good logos argument with the Iran deal. ¨This is one of the worst deals ever made by any country in history.
Similar to the corrupt politician portrayed in Parkman's essay, Donald Trump exudes the qualities of a "wretched, wire-pulling demagogue, who is as ignorant as the constituents that choose him" (167-8). The phenomenon behind his success in the 2016 parallels that of corrupt politicians during the Gilded Age. Disgruntled, uneducated masses throw their support at Trump in an effort to rise in social class. However, they mindlessly disregard that Trump is the embodiment of the wealthy upper class which controls much of the issues that upset them. Despite the many political indecencies that Trump has committed, such as acting racist or making outlandish unconstitutional promises, he retains support from many who, similar to Parkman's Gilded Age, "throw their cap up at the claptrap declamation of some lying knave [who] turns from the voice of honesty and reason" (166). Furthermore, his unbelievable attention from news outlets can be paralleled by Parkman's other quality of a corrupt leader who dutifully protects the rights of Americans because it allows "pulpit, platform, and press, to condone his vices" (166). Evidently, the corrupt politician can make promises to a vulnerable nation that are far from plausible, acting as a source of unrest, rather than a calming and reassuring force. As the Gilded Age was ridden with corruption and social turmoil, Parkman understood the
