In most cases, failure means not finding success and just giving up. I believe that you need fail before you find success. Mickey Rooney once said, "You always pass failure on your way to success." Failure in the end will lead to success.
Famous people show one way on how you fail before you succeed. Sir James Dyson, the man who founded the Dyson Company and made the Dyson vacuum failed many times before finding success. His mission was to build the very first bagless vacuum and he failed 5, 126 times to be exact. He made all these different prototypes till he found the one that worked. After he finally made the vacuum, he traveled for three years looking for people to sell his vacuum to. Nobody would buy the vacuum because they thought it was too good for business. Dyson was then later able to sell with a small company called Apex Limited; he named the vacuum "G-force." The G-force was sold for $2,000. Once Dyson made enough money he founded the Dyson company in 1993. Stephen King is another famous person who failed before finding success. was rejected thirty times. King actually decided to give up; and he threw his manuscript in the trash. His wife however saw it in the trash, she retrieved it and told him he needs to resubmit and try again. So, he listened to his wife and resubmitted it, and he got an offer! Now, Stephen King is writing and selling many books worldwide. I understand that failure leads to success because of my family.
My mom worked at a Cardiology office for nine and a half years. One day, the bookkeeper came up to her and laid her off of her job. She immediately thought of a plan. She always wanted to go to nursing school and my mom thought that now was the perfect time. So, my mom went through nursing school and got her associates degree in nursing. After she got her nursing degree she started working at the hospital and loving what she does. My grandma failed math in eighth grade. She really wanted to pass and get a good grade in that class so she decided to retake the class. When she was retaking the class, she studied really hard and worked extra hard so that she could pass the class the next time around. By the end of the year, with all of her hard work, she passed the class and was very
happy! My personal experience also shows failure before success. Riding my bike was very hard for me to learn for a long time. I would try and just lose my balance. My mom tried to teach me how to ride my bike but I couldn't get it. We then decided to put training wheels on to help me learn how to ride my bike. A little later I took my training wheels off and my uncle decided to help me learn how to ride my bike. My uncle gave me some tips and he started running with me and I was riding my bike! I was then able to ride my bike all the time. The spelling bee at my school is another example of me failing before succeeding. In sixth grade, I made all the way to the round where they find a school winner. I got really close to winning until I misspelled a word and I was out. Then in seventh grade, I made it to that round again. Even though I misspelled a word and didn't win, I made it farther than I did the year before and that is a success to me! Failure in the end will lead to success. In conclusion, you can see that you need to fail before you succeed. If you don't get something the first time just keeping trying and trying and you will eventually succeed.
Failure is described as "lack of success". Success is defined as "the accomplishment of an aim or purpose". If failure is lack of success and success is to accomplish an aim or purpose, then I have failed a lot of times in my life. I was well-raised in a little island called Dominican Republic. I am proud to be Dominican.

Failure means the lack of expected or required action. You may say there are no failures in Utopias but it the book The Giver by Lois Lowry there is a failure. Should you not be able to fail before you become successful? Should you not hit bumps along the way to an successful journey? Should you not start low to make it to the top? Success is earned not given, failure is an option. In that case, some people have to fail in order to learn how to achieve in life.
Failure is apart of life, it can make or break a person. When a person experiences a type of failure it is now up to them to see how they respond. They can choose the high road, and become a stronger person for it. Then they can choose the low road, the easy way out. The easy way out is never a good choice. It can lead only to destruction. The high road is the right choice to take when responding to failure. It will lead down a path of success. Jessica Lahey’s article, “When Success Leads to Failure” is an article that shows how kids are experiencing failure. Lahey says that, “these kids have a fear for failure, and that they have given up natural loves for learning. They are scared of not being successful”(Lahey). The truth is life is hard there will be failure. There is nothing in this world that comes easy to anyone.
Someone, long ago, told me if you tried hard enough, you would succeed. That person was wrong. Even if you try your best and you pour everything into something, it might still fail. Failure is an interesting thing. We talk about the successes.
Robert Schuller stated these famous words, "Failure doesn't mean you're a failure; it just means you haven't succeeded yet." Henry Ford said, "Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently." When you consider those words from these wise and successful people, you'll truly begin to understand the power of failure. The truth is, you only fail when you give up!
Everyone in life experiences failure. It can affect people positively or negatively and that all depends on how they react to the experience. If one lets their failure overcome their dreams, it will lead them in the wrong path. But if one views their failures as a motive to succeed and grow, then they are on their way to becoming successful. For me, I let my failures in life help build onto my character and define the person I am today. My childhood injury is my example as I let this moment affect the outcome of my dreams I had then.
Can failure lead to success? Arianna Huffington, co-founder of Huffington Post, once said, “Failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success.” Experiencing failure gives a sense of drive to achieve. Through this, many learn to turn unpleasant situations into moments of achievement. Therefore, failure leads to success.

Those people are examples of overcoming failure and become successful. They did not let the pain of failure stop them from being successful. They keep fighting and thrive for victory. Those are examples of failure is only help people to reach their goal sooner or later. What matter is how hard you try and how bad you want to be success.

Could failure be success in disguise?” I thought as I looked back on all my failures and accomplishments. Some might say that it is ridiculous to even think that success and failure could be the same. Through personal experience of failure, I come to the conclusion that failure is just as important as success. My best life lessons and success have been learning how to knit through trial and error, and failing my sophomore year of high school.
“The failure is the mother of success” this Chinese quote said that failure is not the end. Failure is where people learn from their mistake. People cannot be successful all the time.
